Отель требует ремонта. Косметический дешевый ремонт 90-х себя изжил: затертый ковролин, серые обои, старая сантехника. На счет уборки не подскажу, мы не сорили. Но мусор выносили каждый день, полотенца меняли, если на пол бросить. Номер меняли, т.к. выдали с видом на мусорку и вытяжку от ресторана, которая вечно гудела. В этом пошли на встречу и даже не удивились просьбе и претензии. Значит, знают о проблемах, но все равно селят, вдруг прокатит. Двуспальные кровати в стандарте очень маленькие. Подушки тонкие и маленькие. Считай, что нет. Простынь узкая, всё время сбивается и спишь на голом матрасе. Одеяло одно и маленькое. То есть, один укрылся, второй мерзнет. Также на сайтах агрегаторов предоставлена неверная информация о чае и кофе в стандартах. Нет ни чая, ни кофе! Ни даже чайника. Только кулер на этаже. Из мебели только стол, один стул. Прикроватных тумбочек нет, только полочка. Вещи разложить некуда. Розеток достаточно. У нас в номере была отвалившаяся прикроватная лампа, на заявку среагировали быстро. В целом, на ресепшене девочки стараются, но старый отель спасет только реконструкция и ремонт.

Ночевали с ребенком. Когда заселились, на улице было минус 11. В номере дубак, батареи еле теплые. Сплит на обогрев почти не дует, выключается каждую минуту и гудит. Замерзли. Спали одетые под одеялом. Точно не советую этот отель, в холодное время года

Когда-то на заре туманной юности, останавливался в этом отеле под названием Ростов! Теперь это Маринс Парк «лакшери перелакшери», а все стало, по ходу, хуже, чем было «при Ростове». Из плюсов было только то, что тепло зимой. Остальное всё на любителя, притом на любителя отсутствия сервиса, как такового. Номер отличался от фото не только внешне, но и, например, отсутствием опубликованного сейфа, а это довольно необходимая деталь, в номере не было питьевой воды, из средств гигиены только шампунь и гель самого отстойного качества. И главное, для тех, кто на колесах, отель никак не контролирует внутреннюю парковку, заезжают все, кому не лень, естественно не постояльцы отеля, особенно местные джигиты с соответствующим колоритом и манерами поведения. Поэтому забудьте о возможности припарковать авто около отеля, а так как он в самом центре, то и в ближайших пяти кварталах также. Это будет самым запоминающимся аттракционом, в добавок к тому, что в настоящее время ни один навигатор в районе отеля не работает.

Приехали в отпуск с молодым человеком в Ростов, решили выбрать этот отель, потому что знаем, что он сетевой и есть у нас в городе. Самое приятное — расположение, близко к вокзалу, поэтому у нас не возникло проблем с транспортом. Сам номер хороший, мы брали стандарт улучшенный. Очень прикольные надписи и таблички развешены по отелю и в номере. Ресторан тоже понравился, выбор еды хороший, главное — вкусно.

Недавно у нас с молодым человеком была возможность провести несколько дней в Ростове-на-Дону, и выбор пал на Маринс Парк Отель. Знаю, что отель сетевой, так как в Нижнем Новгороде есть такой же отель, которому мы доверяем. Отель расположен в очень Персонал помогал со всеми появляющимися вопросами. Еда в отеле хорошая, выбор разнообразный. И город посмотрели, и отдохнули хорошо
