This time around, it was summer. One night, as before. Bearing in mind that it was high season, I made my booking (by phone, no deposit) far in advance, which in Russia means a fortnight. I asked for the room where we usually stay. As previously, we arrived by car rather late, at about 9 p.m. A girl at the reception was smiling, friendly and ready to help. We got just the room we wanted and went for dinner (see my separate review). The night's sleep was excellent. Their open buffet breakfast might be a little bit more diverse; fried eggs must NOT be prepared in advance (?!), but it's not a disaster either. The staff is amicable and professional, but their command of English leaves much to be desired. Still, I'd recommend it to travellers. Again.

Just to the opposite - everything was fine. We stayed there in February and really enjoyed it. Moreover, this time check-out was handled subtly and elegantly. When I thanked girls at the reception for their professionalism, they were slightly puzzled so I told them the story about our previous stay. To tell a guest that we're gonna check his/her room? But that was utter incompetence! - they exclaimed. Well, who'd doubt... Recommended!

Me and my wife stayed there overnight in the beginning of September on our way from Moscow down to the Black Sea. On one hand, everything was as usual, i.e., pretty good - our room, breakfast, staff, their restaurant (see my separate review). This time, however, they made an incredibly rough goof that totally spoiled overall impression. We were leaving the place when a young guy at the reception desk asked us to hold on for a couple of minutes because they had to check our room (!!!). My God, you must not talk to guests this way! Check, cross-check, double-check but NEVER say this to a client! Don't you understand that you insult him/her! Naturally, I blew the fuse but the owner who happened to be nearby was damn bully and said his guy was right! Unbelievable! That is why my rating is "poor" this time.

Очень довольны соотношением цена качество отеля . Встретили приветливо , поселили несмотря на поздний час заселения. Отдельный респект ресторану на территории отеля , работают до полуночи, живая музыка , сервис шустрый, меню отличное!

Останавливались раза три в этом отеле, проезжая транзитом, всегда нравился отель, но в этом году нас удивило отношение администратора. Заказывали три номера ещё в феврале, приехали в июне ,нам дали номера с видом на базу где всю ночь работали фуры и мы дышали выхлопными газами всю ночь, когда утром я возмутилась , администратор мне сказала , что было то и дали , можете нас никому и не рекомендовать. Сталкиваемся первый раз с таким отношением персонала. Всегда рекомендовали друзьям этот отель, но думаю больше после такого отношения не поедем и рекомендовать не будем , тем более им это и не надо, по словам администратора.

Останавливались по дороге на Кавказ. Забронировали в дороге, день в день по номеру телефона отеля. На обратном пути так не получилось :-(, перед майскими к ним заехала какая-то большая группа. Отель и его территория отличные, просторные. Завтрак шведский стол, для региона оптимально.

В конце апреля. По дороге из Москвы на юга́. Номер (ставший для нас уже традиционным) заказали по телефону менее чем за неделю, без предоплаты. Приехали довольно поздно, часиков в девять вечера, охранник помог с парковкой. Быстро сделали check-in, пошли в их ресторан (см. мой отдельный отзыв). Поужинали очень даже достойно и - спатки. Номер был чистым, всё необходимое для "четвёрки" наличествовало (тапочки, халаты и т.д.), соседи не слышны были, king-size кровать удобная, санузел идеальной чистоты и функциональный, чай-кофе-чайник на столе. В общем, какой-либо разницы по сравнению с предыдущими проживаниями не заметили. На завтраке народу было больше, чем обычно, но ничего не заканчивалось. Короче, нормальный "транзитный" отель. Возможно - и даже вполне вероятно - в том числе траходром. И что? Кто-то в гостинице на окраине города спит, кто-то потеребунькаться предпочитает. В чём проблема-то? Ставлю "хорошо", а не "отлично", потому что завтрак - в выходные! - до десяти всего. А на часок продлить слабó? Хотя б на уик-энды? А ещё лучше бы яичницу готовить при заказывающем, а не заранее: она ж остывает и резиноватой становится. В целом же соотношение "цена/качество" вполне адекватное.
