4 звезды разочаровали. Номер требует обновления и явно не дотягивает до заявленного уровня: неудобная кровать, постельное белье не по размеру, даже при максимальном обогреве холодно, ковер и ванна в номере грязные. Освещения недостаточно, а колонна в центре комнаты портит интерьер. Персонал приветливый, но в сервисе есть недочеты. Завтрак скромный, блюда не подписаны. Отель выглядит «усталым» и не стоит своей цены.

Отель в самом центре города, чистые номера, ежедневная уборка. Отель заботится об экологии, на этажах можно наливать воду. Приветливый персонал, вкусные разнообразные завтраки. Много мест для прогулок рядом с отелем. Отличный сервис и приятные впечатления!
