Забронировали номер в вашей гостинице. Приехали на 2 дня. Худшего места я еще не встречал!!!! Интерьер гостиницы -филиал цыганского посольства!!!! Горячей воды нет. И это в марте месяце. Нет горячей воды. Два дня подряд. Завтрак это отдельный разговор. Два яйца и кусочек несъедобной колбасы. Кофе -помои!!! Про номер вообще говорить ничего не буду. В ванной все в грибке, подушку выкинуть давно пора, белье от разных комплектов. Да о чем говорить, воды питьевой в номере просто нет. И это гостиница 3 звезды???? Номер стоит 4 с лишним тысячи рублей за ночь, а условий нет никаких.

Гостиница отличная! Номера чистые, персонал вежливый, готовый помочь. Очень удачно расположена. В номере удобная кровать, что немаловажно. Ночью тихо и темно. Спать отлично! Если еще буду в Орле, обязательно здесь остановлюсь. Всем рекомендую!

При очень хорошем расположении отеля. При весьма приличном качестве архетектуры (у нас в номере было два окна и одно окно в ванной) всё ВСЁ убивает качество уборки - его просто нет!!! Грязь! Кругом грязь! Мы заехали в (не уверен) в субботу и при подъеме в номер увидили муху у лестницы,.... , дык когда мы уезжали через два дня - она там и лежала!!!!, не говоря о грязных зеркалах в холе на первом этаже!!! В номере только выкидывали мусор. Уборки ноль!
