"There was no TV, very old remotes.
The service came, turned on, 20 minutes later everything was turned off again. The buttons don't react.
Administrators are excellent, very kind.
On the first floor, a very delicious restaurant"

"The hotel was very enjoyable! In 30 minutes walk you can reach the central street of Buynakovsky and walk on the embankment. The rooms themselves are very spacious, clean, there is everything necessary. Separately used the service of dressing before the wedding. Delicious breakfasts (on choice)."

"Гостиница новая, чистая. Всё было бы отлично, если бы не маловажное для туриста и человека, находящегося в рабочей поездке, НО.... Это невовремя подающиеся завтраки. Очень долгая подача. Я ждала по часу без преувеличения! Пришла в 8.30 заказала сразу и ждала 60минут. Некоторые гости, не дожидаясь, уходили. Некоторые не могли дождаться только части заявленного и выбранного. Считаю, что сразу нужно заявлять, что завтраков нет или решить проблему с долгим приготовлением. 2 утра были моими рабочими днями-1 день встреча первая была назначена на 10 часов-смогли позавтракать только после 9.30, во второй день-мой коллега не дождался блинчиков-40мин готовились, в третье утро-не завтракала, был ранний выезд на экскурсию, на 4й-выездной день мне нужно было в аэропорт, рано утром поехала на рынок, в 8.30 вернулась и сразу, не поднимаясь в номер, пришла с покупками прямо на завтрак, надеясь, что закажу сразу и быстро покушаю...но завтрак мне принесли только в 9.30! И я была не одна такая, хотя всего там 6 столов.
Повторюсь, гостиница новая, но с завтраками проблема. На фото оставленный завтрак рядом сидящего и не выдержавшего долгого ожидания мужчины."

"Удобное расположение, свежий ремонт, современный интерьер.
У нас был тариф с завтраком, очень жаль, что отсутствовала информация о том, что завтрак с 8:30. В качестве альтернативы нам предоставили ланч-бокс, но есть холодную глазунью с сосисками такое себе. Учитывая, что завтрак проходит на территории кафе рядом, которое открывается с 8:00, можно было бы завтрак начинать с часами открытия заведения."

"The only downside is that the hotel is actually integrated into the building with many other organizations (the hotel occupies 5 to 9 floors), so it does not have its own entrance. And the hotel is wonderful! Most importantly, it is very quiet. Lovely receptionist and rooftop restaurant. Extensive breakfast menu."
