За 3000 единственное место с 3 кроватями, во всём остальном это конечно сильно раздолбанный отель, обои висят, дырки в кроватях, печальные матрасы, никакой шумоизоляции, свет отсутствует как явление, Wi-Fi как на лошадях, переночевать перед самолётом, и не более и то если в берушах.

Строение видавшее свои лучшие годы наверное во времена СССР, ну и казалось бы наведите порядок, отремонтируйте, но не тут то было...зачем хозяину париться о таких мелочах... Номерной фонд: входная дверь из бумаги, которая вот вот и развалится...санузел: унитаз, который не закреплен, душевая кабина на сваях...мебель в номерах с прошлого века, разваливается по частям...отдать должное светильнику, он с претензией на авторский дизайн... (единственный предмет, к которому нет вопросов). Белье оставляет желать лучшего... Шкафа нет, стоит вешалка для верхней одежды, на которую практически ничего не повесишь. Полотенца видавшие виды, Территория гостинички заброшенная, неухоженная. Зато хозяина этого заведения очень волнует, почему гости паркуются рядом с его драндулетом....оказывается гости должны парковаться, где-то в лесу на неохраняемой парковке..., там тоже написано только для служебного транспорта. На картах навигатора указан вьезд с чёрного хода.... Если вы впервые приехали в это заведение, то вряд ли найдёте въезд для гостей с первого раза. Стоимость номеров завышена в полтора раза....Если придётся приехать ещё раз в город Артём, то это точно будет не гостиничка Райтекс....Не советую

Гнилые номера, пренебрежительное общение персонала. Настолько отсутствующая шумоизоляция, что больше на усиление похоже. Полная слышимость всех соседей по коридору, вечером дискотека в соседнем коттедже (если вам повезло и достался тот самый номер "с видом на лес")
