Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit toller Lage in Görlitz.
Uns ist schon bewusst das es nicht gerade einfach ist 100% Sauberkeit in den Zimmern zu realisieren.
Uns sind Kleinigkeiten aufgefallen, zum Beispiel waren beide Zahnputzgläser schmutzig.
Das Frühstück ist übersichtlich.

The hotel is lovely and well located, close to the centre of the old town. We had a very spacious room with large, sparkling bathroom. Everything was very clean. Although there were a lot of people staying, we didn’t hear a sound. Reception staff spoke good English and were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good. Wifi was fast and reliable. There was no electric kettle in the room, but this was supplied on request. Recommended.

Schönes Hotel in der Altstadt, gut renoviertes altes Gebäude. Zimmer funktional eingerichtet, Bad mit Badewanne. Zimmer individuell durch die Baustruktur, kleineres Fenster. Massage können dazu gebucht werden (war gut). Frühstücksauswahl ebenfalls gut. Freundlicher Service. Hoteleigene Parkplätze ca 3-4 Gehminuten entfernt. Im hoteleigenen Restaurant kann man sehr gut essen, abends ist Reservierung sinnvoll.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit super netten Mitarbeitern. Von der Rezeption bis zur Putzfrau sind alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles picobello sauber. Die Zimmer sind sehr charmant und die Größe ist vollkommend ausreichend. Frühstück ist super und sehr nachhaltig. Kleine Portionen, wie z.B. Eiersalat oder Wurstsalat, werden in kleinen Gläsern bereitgestellt. Abends kann man in der gemütlichen Bar den Tag ausklingen lassen. Liebe Grüße an Emely. Wir finden es echt Klasse, dass Du den Azubis mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stehst. Mach weiter so, Du gehst Deinen Weg :-) Viele Grüße von Sandra und Thomas. Bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Görlitz ist das Hotel Tuchmacher definitiv gesetzt :-)

Von der Buchung bis zur Abreise hat alles problemlos funktioniert. Die Mitarbeiter und der Direktor sind sehr freundlich und alle aus unserer Gruppe waren mit ihren Zimmern, dem Service und dem Essen sehr zufrieden. Alles ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet, sogar das Frühstücksbüffet, mit den kleinen Gläsern. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

So ein edles Haus! Wir waren zwar nicht m Haupthaus, aber nebenan, das ist auch sehr schön. Geschickt renoviert, (kann noch nicht lang her sein,) trotz der alten Bausubstanz großes Zimmer, luxuriöses Bad, sehr geschmackvoll. Ganz zentral gelegen, ruhig und, was mir besonders gefallen hat, ein großer grüner Innenhof. Sehr fein!
