My family keeps returning year after year, this is by far the best hotel in the area! We were so happy to see a lot of familiar faces again, a great sign when staff stays! The breakfast buffet is excellent and you should not miss dinners there! The chef is outstanding. Rooms are very clean, housekeeping is doing an excellent job. I love the crisp white linens. The front desk staff always has a smile and helps with anything you need. Love the snacks they always provide. If you have mobility issues, the elevator goes straight from the parking lot to the rooms, very appreciated. The windows open (which is rare these days) and you can sleep with fresh air coming in. You can tell that staff care about the guests, we can't wait to return!

Great food, there was a great menu in the evening, the breakfast buffet is a real eye-catcher, it is prepared with a lot of love! Friendly staff, everything very clean. We have absolutely nothing to complain about! Unfortunately, 2 days are much too short for Görlitz.

The hotel is located behind the beautiful Görlitz train station. It takes about 25 minutes to get to the city center, but there is also a tram service. Modern, attractive rooms have been created in a beautiful Wilhelminian-era setting. It was very quiet at night. The breakfast buffet was great!

Vorher angerufen, die Ankunftszeit geklärt und der sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter hat mich auf den Parkplatz im Innenhof eingewunken. Ein sehr aufmerksamer Service auch beim Frühstück, toll. Interessant war die Weiterbildung. Zimmernamen = Städtenamen und im Zimmer die Besonderheiten an der Wand.

Das Hotel ist in einer ruhigen Straße gelegen in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Zur Altstadt sind es etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Empfang im Hotel war sehr herzlich. Insgesamt waren alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück bietet eine sehr gute Auswahl. Uns hat der Aufenthalt in dem Hotel sehr gut gefallen. Eine absolute Empfehlung von uns.

Das Hotel wirkt von außen sehr unscheinbar, ist aber wirklich nett eingerichtet. Unser Zimmer war gefühlt etwas klein aber wenn man „nur“ übernachtet, stört es nicht wirklich. Ein Parkplatz ist vorhanden, auch eine Ladesäule. Die Innenstadt von Görlitz ist in 15 Gehminuten zu erreichen und auch sehenswert. Das Hotel bietet ein gutes Frühstücksbuffet an. Das Essen im Restaurant war geschmackvoll. Absolut erwähnenswert ist das sehr freundliche Personal.

Das Personal des Hotel Via Regia bot uns bei später Anreise einen sehr herzlichen Empfang trotz kompletter Belegung. Die kleine Bar bot einen raschen Willkommenstrunk und gute Empfehlungen für Nacht- und Tagesprogramm. Die Zufahrt zum Parkplatz des Hotels ist eng und schont Felgen nicht, Die Zimmer sind ruhig, sauber, klar strukturiert und freundlich, modern eingerichtet. Im gesamten Hotel finden sich viele Bezugspunkte auf die interessante Geschichte der Via Regia.
