Helpfulness, friendliness with a wonderful smile. Shellu helped me out with numerous issues. Fantastic customer service. Very welcoming when we arrived and explained everything we needed to know, from breakfast, dinner and WiFi connection.

If you book an accessible room, the price leaps from £34-£38 to a whopping £78-£89 per night. If you can cope with a 'normal' room then I suggest that. If not, expect to pay more. Noisy plumbing will wake you during the night.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times for work placements at JPUH, and it has been enjoyable every time. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the TV works and the heating is lovely as well. Never have I stayed in a hotel with such friendly staff - Tegan and Shelly in the bar cafe are welcoming and polite, and Donna at front reception as well is always smiling and friendly. Will gladly stay here again. :)

Very good place to stay. Clean and made great by the staff. All are very friendly and helpful. Stay here and regularly and always a good stay form the moment you get all in until you leave. If ions are nice and clean and breakfast is good too. Never had a bad visit after 20+ stays

I had an excellent welcome, the staff were really helpful and friendly. I ate in the cafe a couple of times and the food was consistently tasty and good quality. The room was the usual standard for Travelodge, clean comfortable, good for the cost.
