The rooms are very comfortable and Cosy , nice environment, the hotel is close to the metro station and there are many restaurants around

Mediocre and unprofessional welcome, pathetic and claustrophobic room, totally different from the description at the time of booking, non-existent bathroom external sink uncomfortable bed and non-opening windows, double bed wedged between two walls with 25 centimeters of space only on one side, TV hanging very up and not even leaning towards the bed, which is also uncomfortable, such small rooms at about 100 euros per night is a theft, personally, if not forced by force majeure, I will never sleep there again. Of the whole complex, the restaurant saves little choice but good and well presented, and even the courtesy of the lady of the dining room makes the difference, also included at breakfast, with enough choice of sweet and savory, it allows you to have an excellent breakfast, too bad the Indian guest, who barefoot, it left a not exactly scented trail, but this is not the fault of the structure, however my advice is to avoid the hotel

Very clean and friendly staff, but was annoyed that there was a charge of €18 per person to use the swimming pool and had to reserve a place. The restaurant was very restricted with dinner options as was a set menu - struggled for vegetarian options. Breakfast was not great as 4* should be better. Orange juice there was a purple colour.

The hotel is multi storey and well situated and has underground secure parking, There are numerous shops, restaurants and a large COOP supermarket very close by. Although the mall area immediately behind the hotel has seen better days, there is also a nice park close by for walking the dog if you have one with you.. The nearest metro station is also within a ten minute walk.The rooms are a decent size and modern with a TV offering a good selection of channels including some Sky and internet. Breakfast is served on the 1st floor, food choices are fairly standard. The only negative was due to the fact that there was quite a strong wind during the night of our stay which caused a high pitched sound as it whistled around the aluminium framed windows (we were on the 8th floor) making it difficult to sleep peacefully, even though the bed itself was quite comfortable.There were only two pillows in the room on arrival but room service brought us two extra on request. There is no fridge in the room, which would be useful given the very hot summer. Fortunately the A/C unit was working and kept the room cool and comfortable.

When they arrived, they could check in half an hour before, the phone in the room was burned and the light of the comfort was not working. I asked to make a check out later (at least one hour and I was asked to pay a early check out of € 30 (a little expensive x an hour more) Good cleaning The parking is a little limited, I had to leave x road my car

This place definitely has its pro’s and con’s and it depends what sacrifices you are willing to make for price. Looking at other reviews I thought I wouldn’t mind it as I’m not too fussy usually but overall I felt uncomfortable and didn’t really want to stay any longer than I had to: Pro’s -Good cheap price -Whilst further out, it’s super convenient for public transport right outside the hotel only 2 euro to get into Milan only takes 30 mins tops -The man on reception was lovely and very helpful -Rooms are big and whilst very dated and nothing to shout home about if you’re used to budget travelling they aren’t filthy or falling apart -Nice big shower room -Fast, free Wi-Fi and slippers and towels Cons -We felt the area at times was slightly scary (although we did first arrive at night) some concerning characters/gangs in surrounding areas and appeared to be in the hotel as well. It’s a pretty rundown area and we didn’t feel very comfortable there -The walls - I’ve never known anything quite like it to be honest it was so so loud I could hear absolutely everything the entire time. Babies crying, doors shutting, people talking/shouting, playing music, stomps up the hallway - constantly and late into the night waking us up. This all added to the sense of un-ease as it didn’t seem like you were on your own and I couldn’t relax in the room and just wanted to leave. -We were also in an outhouse which wouldn’t usually be a problem but felt so exposed as it was that it just added to the feeling Despite all the positives we couldn’t look past these negatives and I really wouldn’t recommend regardless of price.

Came to Italy for a business trip of 2 months. I've brought my bikes over to the hotel, usually kept them inside my car, one night I had to make room in my car, so I chained them on a metal rod & removed the front wheel, and left them in the hotel's underground parking lot. 11:30pm -＞ bikes are there. 11:30am the next day -＞ no sign of them. Shocked and frankly sad, I tried my luck at the reception, where I received a ”It is what it is” kind of response, which honestly I get. With my riding plan ruined I went to my room, ~15 minutes later I get a call to my room ”We've f o u n d your bikes”, (Awesome! but wait a minute, what does it.. mean?), went to the lobby, I asked the same guy at the reception ”Hey what's up?” and he responded ”I have no idea, but wait a few minutes”. After a few minutes a manager comes out and trying to explain that ”italy's streets are dangerous and I should be careful with my bikes” etc. etc., which I don't get, until I just ask ”Do you have my bikes?” - ”Yes.” - ”Did YOU take my bikes?” - ”Yes - to protect you” - ”in order to not get stolen by a thief that will enter your parking lot, you broke a heavy metal chain and stole my one-cycle-bike?” She then switched to: ”Well we didn't know who was the owner” What. ”The bikes are clearly someone's in a HOTEL TIED WITH A CHAIN”. Anyways, it was clear an employee tried to steal them. (But she thought it's a better way to handle it by presenting that it's a ”policy” to break customers property where it's supposed to be???) I received: - NO APOLOGY. - A ruined lock-chain that I bought at the same week. - A smashed wheel cover (like someone tried to smack it with a door to fit it somewhere. Really left a sour taste, definitely will notify my workplace & co-workers (that regularly book in this area) to avoid this hotel. The barista guys are really nice & breakfast is adequate+

The location of the hotel is quite good, as the friends in front said, passing through a small garden to the most famous street, then the hotel's second promenade and cathedral. In addition, the S5 next to the hotel goes directly to the central station, and the airport bus is on the left side of the main entrance of the train station. There are still a lot of cars passing by at 9 or 10 in the evening, 8 euros a person. Let's talk about the hotel's facilities, clean, tidy, slippers, shampoo, shower gel, and even the toothbrush can be with the front desk. Every day, a bottle of water and a hot water bottle are available. Best of all, the hotel has a lot of restaurants on the way to the first intersection and then left to the three intersections. There are many local restaurants, and there is a 40 pizza e Cucina restaurant Pizza and Pasta. Almost all locals. There is a dessert shop next door, and its opposite side has an inconspicuous small food store (three local old mothers) to produce food is very recommended! The city tax of the hotel is 10 euros per room per night. There is no nonsense at the front desk. When we check in, it is a girl. When we check out, it is an uncle. It is very polite and quick to handle. We have questions to ask them, they They all answered in detail and decently, and did not encounter the situation of those friends who had said ”too talkable”. By the way, their beds and pillows are very comfortable, perfect for a comfortable night after a night of shopping. Of course, because there is a convenient tram in front of the hotel, there is a tram sound through the road, but there will be no car at night. There is also a bathtub when taking a bath. The glass door is relatively small and easy to splash out, but it can be avoided with caution, but the water is very large and the water temperature is very good. In short, it is the most comfortable of the four hotels we stayed in. Hotel is located just out of highway near a big shopping area where you can find many restaurants and shops. Fast check in and check out thanks to very efficient staff. Good breakfast with lot of choice, wifi is working well. Rooms are clean, acceptable size, quite silent. But far from being a 4 stars hotel, to me it worth no more than 3 due to missing of many amenities, fridge, closed wardrobe, slippers, complimentary water, etc. Good for 1-2 nights if you have a car ( no public transportation around) and location is convenient.
