Nice cave hotel, on top of the hill, which is necessary if you want to have nice paranomic view of the hot air balloons (if they do fly). Many hot hair balloons do fly directly above or across the hotel, as this hotel is near the peak point in gerome hotel area. A nice paranomic view of the whole surrounding too since view is unblocked by other hotels on lower slopes. No safe box in hotel, or no battery as per my experiences in Turkey. Breakfast is a good spread, with nice restaurant view of the surrounding area. Walking distance to gerome city centre, which to me resembles a tourist trap which sells homogenous products. I enjoyed my stay.

I had an incredible experience at Sultan Cave Suites during my recent stay. From the moment we landed, the hotel provided a free ride from the airport to the hotel, making our arrival smooth and stress-free. The staff went above and beyond, with a special shout-out to a wonderfully helpful team member who assisted me with my heavy luggage, proving that strength comes in all forms. What truly impressed me was the staff's local knowledge. Despite being a petite individual, one staff member knew the area like the back of her hand. She not only recommended fantastic nearby markets and restaurants but also guided us to a hidden gem for a delightful breakfast experience. Late check-in wasn't an issue at all. The staff graciously helped us order food during the night, ensuring we didn't go to bed hungry. The hotel's strategic location near the airport was incredibly convenient for our transit stay. The next morning, they provided a reasonably priced shuttle service to ensure we caught our flight on time, completing the seamless experience. I also have to mention the delightful night staff member who was not only cute but also warm and friendly. Her willingness to share local insights added a personal touch to our stay. In summary, Sultan Cave Suites is a gem for transit flight stays. I'm grateful for the exceptional service and will undoubtedly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers.

Overall, it’s a really amazing experience. Staff here is so warmhearted and helpful, helping us find bus and balloon reservations. Also, they sent us to the bus station for several times. They also gave us a late check-out to save our life after coming back from balloon. What’s the most amazing is the breakfast. They served a good diversity of cousins and all of them taste so nice. I will definitely visit again.

Just finished staying at this hotel, it was great! The staff's service was really great! The staff especially mentioned AYŞE who will take you through the hotel's facilities and help you deliver your luggage to the hotel. The breakfast was very rich and delicious, and the scenery of the hotel was very charming, both the scenery outside the window and the overall atmosphere were unforgettable. Whether you are here to relax and vacation or travel for work, this is a highly recommended choice! Looking forward to coming again next time!

We stayed in this hotel for two days. We took a hot air balloon on the first day. The hot air balloon failed to take off on the second day due to weather reasons, so it was not important for us whether we could take pictures of hot air balloons on the rooftop. When choosing this hotel, we took into account the peak season of summer vacation. There are too many tourists in popular rooftop hotels. Even if the scenery is good, the photo experience may not be satisfactory, and you have to bear a high price premium. In contrast, I think it is more appropriate to go to the observation deck or rent a classic car to chase hot air balloons. To take beautiful hot air balloon photos, it is best to choose a low-flying hot air balloon or use a telephoto SLR. It is difficult to achieve the ideal effect on the rooftop with many tourists. Although there are many people in the classic car and the observation deck, because of the spacious space, you can still avoid the crowd and take beautiful photos. Therefore, I personally did not choose the cave hotel, and I don’t recommend staying in those popular rooftop hotels during the peak tourist season, because the high premium often does not get rooms and services that match the price. This hotel is very beautiful, the service is also in place, and it treats European and American guests and Asian guests equally. The details of the decoration are handled very carefully, the materials are high-grade, the ornaments are all brass, and the bathroom is made of stone, which is very exquisite. The bedding, bath towels, toiletries, and even slippers are of high quality. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in Turkey. We also met the filming team during our stay. The breakfast in the hotel is very delicious. The only drawback is that the location of the hotel is a little off, not high in the town, there is no carpet roof, and it is not possible to take ideal photos of hot air balloons. But considering the overall comfort and cost-effectiveness, this geographical deficiency is acceptable. Moreover, although the hotel is located at a low point, it is not remote, and they also provide cave-style rooms as an option.

What a fabulous little hotel. Beautifully presented in line with the theme of the Cappadocia area. The rooftop area has a wonderful view of the town and the staff were more than helpful. The breakfast each morning, which was included in the price, was just fabulous.

The hotel is quite new, the owner is very careful, each room is decorated differently, the breakfast is clean and good, and the service is very good. I mainly fancy it with an open-air swimming pool, a very special scenery for resting and playing among such strange mountains and rocks. The most important thing is that the hot air balloon slowly descends outside your window and rooftop at 6 o'clock in the morning, very close, and even landed in the hotel garden.

Location was not amazing as it was 10-15 mins walk to nearby restaurants however I quite like the peacefulness. We didn't explore much of the facilities as we were out most of the time and the outside just seems to chilly. I honestly would not mind stay here again because of the resident cats and dogs. However, the service given by one of the management staff was so disgusting, it left a bad taste in my mouth eventhough 2 months has passed since we checked out. His name, Haki. We checked in early at 10am but was no expecting any room but wanted to leave our bags. His smile was insincere to start. He proceeds on to share all the various tours happening and asked us our interest. I mentioned we have booked balloon tour. He asked how much we booked it for with an attitude. I replied ”Affordable...... about 60-70 Euros”. He replied with such arrogance and judgmental tone ”Oh i am not sure about that offer, i have never heard that company” Well, guess who had an amazing sunrise balloon experience. Thats right...........us!

Booked suites, the best view, but in the morning everyone is taking pictures at the doorway, there is no chance. On a hillside, the road up is made of rotten stones, and it is difficult to drag the luggage. At 10 o'clock, I told you that I hadn't checked out yet. I went out for a night before I came back. When I entered the house, I had a very strong smell. I wanted to open the door and let it go. Hair was found on the pillows and sheets, and the sheets were all granulated ash and lame. According to the truth, the sanitation is done, and the quilt is covered. If you don't know the sheets, you will have the gravel of the so-called ceiling of the store. In addition, the curtains are not big enough to cover the window and will not be completely transparent. The bed is stuck in the wall so there is no bedside table, and the individual is not used to it. The place where the shower gel is placed in the shower is also small and pitiful. The scenery is ok, but in the southwest side of the town, there is no good north. In addition to the fried eggs and intestines in the insulation utensils, the other dishes are ice, not used. It’s enough to book a hot air balloon in the morning.

We brought a 22-month-old child. The hotel service is also very good, and the breakfast is delicious. We were rejected by another hotel and rebooked on the same day. Yes, this experience is still very good
