The Pros:
- excellent location, clean room, friendly staff, reasonable price
The Cons :
- very small room, no table. shower partially broken, bidet outlet broken, bathroom water choke on first day but cleared after we fixed the leak ourselves, had to carry luggages up flight of stairs as there's no lift.

The room is quite big, and the bathroom is also super big. The hotel is in a very good location, and it’s very convenient to get there in the town of Goreme! The breakfast buffet is good!

It was really really good experience!! Breakfast is so yummy and people are so kind. Room is clean & big and rooftop view is also good. My family truly love this place. There are a cute dog & cats also. I highly recommend here and I believe you will also have wonderful time here!!

We did an early check in, the staff was very friendly and willing. The room was breathtaking, a natural cave with jacuzzi and hammam... Nothing else to say, we were speachless. Delicious Cappadocian breakfast (the lady is very sweet) and of course a beautiful terrace to see balloons. I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone

Very clean and staff are very nice and personable. Well lighted at night and lobby is clean and easy check in. Affordable and helpful staff. Will recommend to friends and family. Coffee and tea and water are available for free. Breakfast is a delight and clean and servers are very polite.

The location of this hotel is wonderful! It is near the busy streets, close to the supermarket, and a 5-minute walk to the bus station. Yet, the hotel has its own parking area. Most importantly, the road leading to the parking area is not narrow (which is a problem within this place) and is indeed convenient. The rooms are really comfortable and clean, the bathroom is enormous! There is also a hot air balloon viewpoint on the roof of the hotel. The staff is really helpful. We had a flat tire situation during our journey. The staff went above and beyond. They spent lots of time and patiently helped us to communicate with the car rental company and made sure it was settled. If they didn't help us, it would have taken forever for us to solve the problem. This hotel gave us an amazing experience in Cappadocia. This hotel is highly recommended!
