Excellent location and friendly owner and staff. You will not regret the decision of booking this hotel. Since there was availability, the owner gave a room upgrade for free. You can book the tours and balloon ride and airport transfers with them, the prices are pretty good. The view from the hotel is amazing. You can enjoy the view of balloons taking off from the hotel.

The location of the hotel is good. The restaurant has a sea view. Although the room is not big, it is clean and comfortable. The boss is also very enthusiastic ❤️🔥

Amazing stay at Roc. It is a family run hotel but the experience was simply outstanding. Many positives to call out - a) great location which is literally 2 minutes away from the market and restaurants b) massive room (certainly room 302) with lots of place c) experience of staying in a room carved in a cave d) open areas outside the room, restaurant to look around e) fruit trees in the hotel premises f) well taken care of by the family… and many more All in all a great place if you are visiting Cappadocia. Felt we should spent a few more nights but perhaps next time

It was very nice and Ahmet was so helpful and our friend from Kazakhstan was kind and careful and the room was huge and clean. Only challenge was the ventilation from the bath room which was a bit smelly when it was active. It was a nice stay and we appreciated Ahmet’s advise and his help for our tours and trips with all the attractions. The room was huge and it has all we needed. The best cave in the world, but it is a cave, you need to be aware before you come. Terraces in the hotel, 4, where you can lay for a coffee, go out at 6-7 morning in pyjama and enjoy the ballon show, all around the sky. All in one, is a great place, great people. Last but not least, the lady who managed breakfast was so warm, she just asked to make for us what we said. She told us we are “at home” and at home we felt!

I would recommend this hotel to everyone who are going to Cappadocia, one of the best hotel in town, location in excellent, The staff is so over whelming that you will feel like home, Quality of service is over the top and more then 5 star. Highly Recommended.

Fantastic family run hotel. We travelled as a group of 4 to this top class hotel in the centre of Goreme. The owners looked after us so well and took care of our booking of the hot air balloon trip & other transport needed. Which was so helpful for our group! The rooms were clean, spacious, warm and cleaned daily. Would highly recommend this hotel!

We had a 3 nights stay at the deluxe triple room (not cave room, no need to climb stairs). Room size was just nice for 3 adults and equipped with adequate facilities. Bathroom lighting could be better. On our first night, staff has warmed our room with heater. Our first breakfast was served to us directly as we were the only group of guests in the hotel. Subsequent breakfasts were served in buffet style. The hotel has a few terraces where you can view the sceneries of Cappadocia. Unfortunately, we did not see any hot air balloons during our stay. Hotel is close to many restaurants and shops, but there is slope if you walking back to hotel from Cevizler Sk. Special thanks to Omar who has helped to fix the door knob issue.

Property is really beautiful and full of lush green garden. Trees is full of fruits you can puck up ypurself and eat. Lovely staff anf feed you with big buffet breakfast too. Room was nice, Clean and cozy. Loved it and would love to visit again.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, this hotel is amazing! The staff couldn’t do enough and the location is perfect for watching the Balloons and getting to town! Would highly recommend.
