great location, cute room and nice staff. however, extremely disappointed that the terraces were cordoned off during the sunrise for balloon viewing without any notice. had i known there was an option to pay to ave a private viewing i would have done so. do better in communicating these to guests!!!
otherwise, staff at reception and restaurant was great. buffet breakfast was excellent.
also note to make sure that you check all guests in as there were clearly non guests at breakfast

The hotel is BEAUTIFUL! We stayed in one of the caves and we absolutely loved it! The staff super welcoming, staying here you have direct access to Sultan cave terrace for the sunrise which has the best view for it! Also the hotel have two terraces and the pool! The breakfast delicious and the only thing to improve was that in one of the two days we spend there, they didn’t fixed the terrace so it was empty without the carpets and traditional cushions. The rest is just perfect! Oh and don’t forget to try the Hamam! 😻

No slippers, carpets on the floor are dirty. No mobile signal in the room, and wifi is slow and unsteady. Not worths given to the high price.

Nice cave hotel, on top of the hill, which is necessary if you want to have nice paranomic view of the hot air balloons (if they do fly). Many hot hair balloons do fly directly above or across the hotel, as this hotel is near the peak point in gerome hotel area. A nice paranomic view of the whole surrounding too since view is unblocked by other hotels on lower slopes. No safe box in hotel, or no battery as per my experiences in Turkey. Breakfast is a good spread, with nice restaurant view of the surrounding area. Walking distance to gerome city centre, which to me resembles a tourist trap which sells homogenous products. I enjoyed my stay.

We had an amazing stay at Kelebek. Everyone at the hotel were so helpful and always greeted us with a smile. There's also a shortcut to get to the town center within 10 minutes. Lastly the hotel has terraces on opposite sides so you won't miss the balloons regardless of the route they take (which depends on the wind direction on the day). The rooms are very special, they kept the original feel of the cave with modern bathroom fixtures. Special shoutout to Honur, Mehmed and Gokhan!

Hotel is perfect! The staff is very polite and professional. Firstly they made a hotel tour to introduce the place upon our arrival, then try to prepare the room for us before the early check in time. The food and view in the terrace restaurant is so nice, the hotel is definitely a good place for vocation! We enjoy our stay very much in the hotel!

The hotel room is very new and clean, especially the bathroom is bright and clean. The sofa bed can be used as a child's bed. If the number of guests exceeds 2, even if there are children, they will be charged 25 euros per person per night, of course, including a buffet breakfast.

The location is very good, there are many terraces for taking photos, and the hotel is big enough, but the hotel room details are not good, the carpet feels dirty, there is a half bottle of shower gel left there, the bathroom drain is blocked, the water overflows halfway through the shower, and there is only half a door. Our room is on the roadside, and there are vehicles picking up and dropping off to watch hot air balloons in the early morning, which is very noisy.
