The location is excellent! The manager Kemal and all front office staff were helpful. Kemal booked the hot air balloon ride for us and it was brilliant! The breakfast was excellent! It’s a halal hotel and even my long black leggings were not suitable for the public areas according to their dress code. This is a little inconvenient as I had to carry a skirt to wrap around. Didn’t enjoy this part and the daily cleaning was not good. Very lazy cleaning I felt. Otherwise nice hotel and friendly staff.

Nicest ever. Receptionists were kindest, the room was cozy and antique. It would bring you to a fantasy you migjt have in your mind about the cave hotel.

no swimming pool, no gym, strict muslin rules. it s hot in summer and we have to wear long close all the time. price is too high for the service the Hotel offers. Just restarurant and coffee shop. The Hotel is very well integrated in the environment and the terrace on the top has amazing views. If I am again in this area I will select an Hotel with swimming pool and not Halal rules.

They have horseflies in some of the rooms, that leave giant welts when they bite you. They swapped me to a smaller room and didn’t refund the difference. The bathrooms are open air so you can hear and smell your partner using the restroom. I’m not sure how this hotel got rated 4-stars. Plenty of hotels that were 3-star looked better once I got here and realized.

Services are good except the receptionist did not inform us there were hot air balloons flying on the next morning cause it had been cancelled flying for 3 days before we checked in. So we must the hot air balloons show on the hotel roof top Receptionist iwas not friendly, breakfast was the same for our 3 nights stays

Great view from the balconies. Also not far from the Goreme center. Lots of restaurants and shops around. It was a memorable experience to live in a cave. Nicely decorated and comfortable beds! We even got a hamam in our toilet! We got welcome fruits and teas. Also the buffet is abundant and delicious! They can help arrange taxis as well. Everyone were friendly esp Mr Orhan who is in charge of the kitchen and dining area. He made delicious desserts. The manager also helped us a lot and gave us tips. I highly recommend this hotel!

Wonderful experience in the cave room. The room is exactly like the photos. Each room has a name, so one can pick the exact facilities they prefer. I recommend this hotel to everyone. There was a misunderstanding about if breakfast was included in the rate. I contacted Trip.com and they quickly talked to the hotel owner and resolved the misunderstanding.

Family suite is great for 3-4 people. The room is super clean, all staff are very kind and helpful, especially Onhan. He always provides premium service, even late night when we asked for some snacks. Definitely will come back again. Thank you Ohnan!

Very nice hotel

Our stay at Sah Saray was better than our expectations. The people there make it good. Our room was beautiful and looked just like the photos if not even better. The only thing I did not like about it was that it was not spacious enough for what we paid it was a bit of a squeeze. The property overall was fantastic, the views from the terrace of the balloons every morning were so calming. The service was great especially from Samet at reception who was always providing the best service and always genuine and personalised to us. Thank you very much to Mr Kemal for arranging all our activities for us especially the balloon ride and managing to get us the deluxe flight that we wanted! :) The breakfast at the property was delicious. You have a full Turkish breakfast every morning and Orhan's service was amazing, he even served us breakfast after the time had passed on a couple of the days as we woke up late and would serve us complimentary drinks every so often. Everyone at the property is so helpful and always there to have a friendly chat with and the place itself is just gorgeous. The location was not bad we could walk to the centre in less than ten mins from the property which is great because the hotel restaurant is not open for lunch or dinner so it's great that the centre is so close.

The room is very special, with great attention to detail. It is a good place to take photos, and the surroundings are beautiful. We added a sofa bed for the child for 50 euros, which is not bad. The hotel is nice, but the hotel is busy with day trips and so I didn't have time to take a closer look. The hotel restaurant has good food.

I really like this hotel. It made our experience in Kapa very much better. The staff is very friendly, dedicated and responsive. There are great details everywhere in the hotel. This is a halal hotel. The food here is definitely the best and most cost-effective I have eaten in Turkey. The taste is definitely not inferior to Salt Bae. The lamb is also delicious and has no smell. If you want to have dinner, it is highly recommended and there are many choices. In addition, it is recommended to book the 5:30 early breakfast service, sit on the rooftop while eating breakfast and taking pictures with the hot air balloon. If you have to catch an early flight, you can also experience it in a hurry. Finally, a beautiful souvenir was given when leaving the hotel. In short, it is really nice to stay here.

It can be said that this is the most beautiful terrace for watching hot air balloons in the hotel. It is high enough and close to the front, and you can see the hot air balloons slowly coming towards you. The staff here are very attentive and considerate, and very friendly to Chinese people. The room is clean and hygienic.
