Best experience to stay in a cave hotel ! Location was ok. Need to walk up a bit from the “city place”. Hotel staff was amazing ! So warm and friendly. Assist me and family in so many ways. Chit chat with us while we having breakfast. Gives us recommendations to explore places to go , that we didn’t first plan. Feels like family!

The owner and staffs are very helpful and friendly. Our hot air balloon ride cancel because of bad weather, they help us to search for the possibility of hot air balloon ride on the next few days and helped us to figure out the feasible options in order to take a balloon ride. It’s a great experience for tourist. And the little owner (a dog name max) is very cute too!!!

It was a wonderful hotel from start to finish!
Even before our stay, the staff were very kind and gentle with their replies to our questions, so we were able to make our reservation with peace of mind. On the day of our stay, the staff were very kind and gentle, and the mascot dog, Max, was very cute! We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, and the staff and Max were soothing every day☺️
Of course, the room was perfect, and it was a very clean and lovely cave room! We had given up on eating breakfast on the second day because of the time constraints of the tour we had booked, but they kindly said that they would call us when the pick-up arrived, so we could eat until then, and we were able to relax while waiting for the pick-up.
If we go to Cappadocia again, we would like to stay at this hotel! It was a wonderful honeymoon! Thank you😊

The experience was just so-so. I read comments saying that you can stand on the balcony to watch the hot air balloons. Although I could see a little bit, it was not as spectacular as what was posted in the comments.

🏨Accommodation: You can't extricate yourself in the atmosphere of the vampire castle. The lighting can be adjusted and the artistic conception can be freely controlled.
🍽️Catering: The two restaurants have a beautiful environment, good taste, not expensive, and very cost-effective.
🗺️Location: There are famous restaurants and attractions within a 15-minute walk, which is very convenient.
🤵🏻♂️Service: Everyone at reception is very nice. When we get up at 5 o'clock to chase hot air balloons, they will help us make coffee and chat with us.
