Pros:
- terrace has air ballon view
- free parking
- rooms are neat & clean
- staff were exceptionally helpful (especially boris)
- also met this unforgettable cat that decided to stay the night at our room (he was the sweetest little guy, and we tried to find him again on our second and third night, but couldn’t)

Best experience to stay in a cave hotel ! Location was ok. Need to walk up a bit from the “city place”. Hotel staff was amazing ! So warm and friendly. Assist me and family in so many ways. Chit chat with us while we having breakfast. Gives us recommendations to explore places to go , that we didn’t first plan. Feels like family!

The owner and staffs are very helpful and friendly. Our hot air balloon ride cancel because of bad weather, they help us to search for the possibility of hot air balloon ride on the next few days and helped us to figure out the feasible options in order to take a balloon ride. It’s a great experience for tourist. And the little owner (a dog name max) is very cute too!!!

2泊3日で滞在しました。チェックインの際からスタッフの方がとても丁寧に対応してくださり、安心して過ごすことができました。カッパドキア滞在中の観光プランも一緒に考えてくれて、おかげで楽しい思い出がたくさんできました。
お部屋は清潔で快適に過ごせました。途中でトイレの流すボタンが故障するトラブルがありましたが、スタッフの迅速な対応ですぐに修理していただけました。お部屋からの景色も素晴らしく、特にテラスからは絶景が楽しめます。
残念ながら滞在中は気球が飛ばなかったのですが、それでも息をのむような景色を堪能できて大満足です。
朝食はパンが中心で、チーズや新鮮な野菜もありました。席に着くとその場で*料理を用意してくれて、どれもとても美味しく、つい食べすぎてしまいました（笑）。ただ、同行した友人は「お米が食べたい…」と少し恋しがっていました。
このホテルに滞在したことで、カッパドキアでの時間がさらに特別なものになりました。またカッパドキアに訪れる時は、ここに泊まりたいです。

非常棒的酒店，房間面積大，一點也不悶不潮，小朋友非常喜歡房間裏的小山洞。早上酒店露台上看熱氣球也非常美，還有熱氣球低空飛過。
