The location is very good. It is very close to the town of Goreme on foot and very close to the road. The only drawback is that the environment of a cave hotel feels unaccustomed and a bit cold, but the service attitude is very good! Overall value for money is pretty good

The hotel is well located. Close to the center of Göreme, bus station, restaurants, shops and not far from places to visit. Also from agencies if needed to do tours although the hotel can also make reservations. They do not clean the room unless you ask, nor do they change towels and sheets. I asked for a change of towels only once in 5 days and they didn't come in for anything else. If you are warned and it seems good to you, perfect but we didn't know and I asked. We used the laundry service and it was good (clothes ironed, but not well folded and ironed). The room smelled very damp but since it was inside a cave, that may be normal. We turned the heat on a little one day and it seems to have improved a little. He gave us an air freshener too. Big room and huge bathroom with jacuzzi (but it also smelled bad). I had to sleep with a mask because the curtains are white and let the light in (but if you don't mind it's not very serious). Those who run the hotel are friendly and help you if you need it. Breakfast is a buffet and you have to go at 8:30 because they don't restock. It's Turkish breakfast with some biscuits, cheeses, olives, jams, bread, coffee, juices,... It's fine even if it's the same every day. Good terrace to see the balloons (it faces two different streets although the upper part is under construction).

1. This is a man made cheap copy of natural caves of Cappadocia. So dont get confused by the name. 2. The hotel looks like a ruin from the outside and inside. Poor toiletries, poor towels and equally un comfortable beds. 3. The one man show is run by a dry person named Kadir. This guy is rough , arrogant and un supportive. He wont reply to your queries straight. Very cold in his behaviour and he makes you feel that you are living in the hotel for free. 4. He was very attentive about the check out time. At 9.45 he told me to vacate the room . Not even 1 min more you can stay. 5. First time in my life , I have seen such a bad hotel and such a bad person in my life. All the reviews are fake and done by the owner himself. Avoid Avoid Avoid 5

I stayed in a double room for 3 nights. Excellent family-run establishment, with a sufficiently spacious room and a huge bathroom, complete with both a shower and a hydromassage bathtub. More than sufficient heating both in the room and in the lobby where breakfast is served. Abundant breakfast served from 8.30 to 10.00 (prepared in an adjacent room and served directly at the table with a "fixed menu"). Excellent time if you consider that you go out first to admire the sunrise and the hot air balloons, and if you consider breakfast as a brunch (we didn't need to have lunch after having eaten breakfast). A must for Cappadocia is the presence of free on-site parking which allows you to travel easily by car throughout your stay.

This is an incredible place! Just a fairy tale! The rooms are made in rock, but very warm. Each room is equipped with a jacuzzi. In the morning, a very varied and tasty breakfast. The hospitable owner is ready to help with any request or question! If you don’t fly in a balloon, you should still go out early in the morning and see this fabulous spectacle! The hotel is excellently located! Nearby are ATMs, a bus station, many cafes with reasonable prices, shops, and a pharmacy. Our company was very pleased with their stay at Falcon Cave Suits

My family and I went after spending a few days in Istanbul, as we wanted to take the balloon in Cappadocia and spend the night in the famous cave hotels. NOTHING COULD BE FURTHER FROM REALITY... the photos are very different from what you would find if you went... small rooms with very strange smells, like stagnant... they have no ventilation or light whatsoever... The breakfasts are quite short... we came to this hotel because it had very good reviews of both the rooms and the breakfasts (but we have been here since 2014... it seems that things have changed a lot) We do not recommend it at all... the owner is rude and does not want to serve you properly... a shame because Cappadocia is beautiful!
