Cozy family run hotel. Only stayed one night. Lots of cats. Nice stay ruined by a tour booked by the hotel - Turkish dance. Beware we were overcharged - hotel told us it would be €60 per person (to be paid at the restaurant), which would include transport. Driver is the brother of the lady owner. Went to the dance, and they asked for €65 per person. A couple next to us told us they paid €40 per person. After we kicked up a fuss, we got a refund back however we still don’t know who was trying to rip us off: hotel, driver and/or restaurant. Do your research before agreeing to go on a tour organised by the hotel. That said, the car they organised for us was very reasonable (wife of said driver).

All the staff are nice. The view is good. But it is expensive.

Rude attitude, poor service, very bad experience. The price of the hotel is nearly 1,000 euros for two nights, which is much more expensive than a five-star hotel. When I checked in, I told the hotel that we wanted to take wedding photos. The hotel owner said that we could take photos but we had to communicate with the photographer about the precautions. In the afternoon, I took the photographer to the hotel to communicate. After changing several staff members, they refused to take photos. The attitude was very bad, and several people quarreled around us. After calling the boss, they said that we could take photos, and then the person who was angry with us just now went back to the office and sat down without even an apology. Then they told us that if it didn't rain the next day, the balcony would be opened at 7 o'clock. When we took photos the next day, it didn't rain and it was sunny. We asked the hotel if we could go to the rooftop. They refused to open the balcony and refused to refund the room fee for the next day. Finally, when we were putting on makeup in the room, we secretly opened the balcony for other guests to take photos. The facilities and hygiene of the cave hotel are far below the standard of this price. The breakfast tastes very ordinary. There is no door curtain in the room, and there is no cover when going to the toilet.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly, they seem to be a family-run operation. When I booked, they had already sold out of double beds, but when I arrived they asked if I was a couple and then upgraded us to a double room for free. The hotel staff were very friendly and enthusiastic, attentive to the needs of guests, and upgraded our room for free. The room was very clean and beautiful, with a separate living room, and the space was very large. The amenities like shower gel were also of high quality. The room was very clean and tidy, spacious, well-equipped, and with high-quality amenities. The hotel has the best views in Cappadocia, with a beautiful rooftop and Turkish rugs, perfect for photo opportunities. You can see the entire area from the highest point. They have several very cute resident cats, including two kittens, who are very friendly and enjoy playing with guests. Additionally, we only had to check out at 1pm to catch our flight, and the staff were very considerate in allowing us the late checkout. Overall, the experience was excellent! In summary, this hotel left a very positive impression in terms of service, facilities, and scenery. I hope to have the opportunity to stay there again in the future.

Absolutely stunning hotel. The rooms are chic, clean and have a lovely esthetic. The staff is very very helpful, extremely lively and are always doing their best to make sure the guests are having a blast. The rooftop is amazing and provides stunning views of the Goreme township and the morning hot air baloon rides. We stayed here for 2 nights, and everything was perfect.

We just spent three nights at Koza and have to say our stay was amazing. From our room, to the home cooked breakfasts, the friendly and accommodating staff. We were lucky to have taken a balloon ride on our first day and also witness the break taking take offs for the following two mornings. Highly recommend to stay here if you can get availability. The hotel staff was super friendly and recommended a great guide named Elif as well as a balloon company. The guide was very knowledgeable about Cappadocia and she gave us a great time. Hotel itself was very comfortable to stay in and we loved the view. We recommend it!

Koza cave was our favourite place to stay while we travelled. They had incredible cave rooms, outstanding customer service and the most amazing food. Most importantly the view from the rooftops for the sunrise and hot air balloons are unmatched. It looks like everything you see on Instagram. Would recommend Koza Cave to anyone. Thanks you! Goreme is now one of our favourite places in the world.

This is an amazing hotel! We were debating between this hotel and Sultan Cave for the terrace views. Koza Cave was a great choice. We went up to the terrace every morning to see the hot air balloons and there were only a few people there. The breakfast was delicious and the room was amazing. We had the experience of a lifetime.

We really loved Koza, not only because of its amazing looks and location but because of the treatment from the staff, which we understand are all part of the same family. Watching the balloons from the highest terrace in Göreme was magical. Breakfast was delicious and very complete and the cave rooms are amazing and always clean. If your are going to Capadoccia, Koza is the place to stay.

3 days was not enough. I felt the need to write this as I sadly wait for my flight home. I just absolutely loved the vibe of this family hotel. Beautiful from top to bottom. The terrace to watch the balloons and sunsets is really special and one of the highest locations with a wide view for it. The breakfast is clean, filling, and the cheese gozleme - so so delicate. We loved our cave suite, thoughtful toiletries and our own terrace facing Uchisar Castle. We were on a 16 day trip through Croatia and Turkey and this was the most comfortable bed we slept it. Every single person that we came in contact with that works there is genuine. Burkay is an above and beyond guy, so helpful and kind. Ozgur was our main contact person through what's app and he was always responsive and helpful in booking tours for us and even friendlier in person. You just have to do the balloon tour, this is coming from someone who freaks out at the slightest turbulence. Ozgur booked it for us and the company was supremely professional. It was a peaceful yet exhilarating experience. He also booked us a private tour with Elif and Ug. They drove us around the off the beaten path spots and honestly we just loved their company so much that we had a coffee and a meal together. If a pool is important, don't worry- they have a relationship with Aza so you can walk across the street for some pool time if there's availability. And then the town of Goreme.... such good customer service everrrrywhereee. Full of charm! Lively at night, peaceful during the day. All within walking distance! I WISH I stayed LONGER. So please, don't hesitate.. book here and create this memory for yourself too.
