Very helpful staff. Amazing cave rooms. Nice breakfast. We had a pleasurable stay

The hotel environment is very good and the bedding is very comfortable. The service staff are warm, thoughtful and polite, and the breakfast is also very tasty. The room is ok, the price is also good, but the viewing position is too low.

Located on the mountainside, the view is good. The room was clean and tidy. But the color is grey and it feels cold. Convenient transportation. There is no WiFi signal in the room, so you have to stand at the door. The front desk reception service is also very warm and thoughtful.

not bad. The price is cheap and the room is very big. Unexpected. I will stay here next time I come. I originally booked another home on Ctrip, but the room was gone after I arrived. I changed to this one, and the result was completely better than the previous one. The service and hygiene and the room are also available. . awesome

Very clean, beautiful cave hotel, free breakfast buffet

nobody cared about us. There was no hospitality at all. The breakfast was very bad. The rooms are incredibly bad, everything is old. There were 3 hangers in the wardrobe and they broke when I picked them up.

Excellent hotel! Amazing location! Numerous restaurants all around the downtown area. Perfect place for couples and family.

The rooms were outdated and not clean, there was a smell in rooms and too much humidity since there was no air conditioning

The hotel was nice, located a bit at the edge of town but very close to all the restaurants and other amenities. Cappadocia is very touristy, so the staff know what they are doing. Breakfast was a bit meager but acceptable. Recommend.

Went there for our mini moon and was absolutely lovely. So serene and the breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve had in turkey. Deffo would recommend
