This is a lovely place to go to if you prefer hostel like accommodation with the perks of having your own room. You also get to meet cool people while watching the hot air balloons take off in the morning. Since this is a shared space, be mindful of people being noisy at any time of the day. My home Cappadocia truly does have the best view of the hot air balloon take off and sunrise.

Great room (with shared bathroom) and good location, nice rooftop. No services though (reception, bar/restaurant), you can't buy a water or ask anyone anything. Check out time way too early (10h) and at 9h55 someone comes knocking on your door, making noise and asking you leave, not pleasant

Staff try to sell tours all the time. Nice room but separate bathroom is no problem but the noise between the rooms I think it would be great if she didn't sell too much.

This hotel was great for a short stay in cappadocia. The room was modern, clean and large and there was a lovely terrace where you could get a nice view of the balloons setting off in the morning. The location isn’t in the centre of Goreme but it is within walking distance (around 10-15 minutes). I would recommend this hotel as it was great value for money.

Location is a bit far from the center. And there were sharing bathrooms I didn’t see that when I booked so I was a bit surprised. I arrived at late evening and no one even met me. But the room was big and clean, and breakfast was good. 3/5

It was self-service, but I had trouble getting in touch with them. There were only stairs and the shower didn't have much hot water. The bed, towels and hairdryer were fine.

Let me ask, who will stay again with such hotel service? Instead, I booked a one-day tour. Their hotel gets a commission. When they came to collect the money, their attitude was really good. Please ask the store owner to do business with conscience. It's not enough to just collect money. There is no service at all. I stayed for 2 days and they didn't clean the public toilets for a single day. The noise of people going to the toilet in the middle of the night was loud and smelly. Such a hotel is simply a stain on Cappadocia. I came here once because of the bad experience of the hotel. I really don't like Cappadocia. Maybe it's because the store owner is not a local. It doesn't matter about the local reputation. Those who go there later, especially Chinese people, must not step into the trap.

The room is very clean, the owner is also very friendly, and the view is not bad, but eating is a little inconvenient. The environment is very good, it feels original, and the accommodation experience is very good

Home Cappadocia is easy to find and is located on a quiet side street. Parking spaces are available directly in front of the house. Shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. But what's really great is that the location is about 250m as the crow flies from the launch sites of the tethered balloons and you have a fantastic view of the launch of these balloons from the roof terrace.

1. The view from the rooftop is good, but the entire apartment has no special features. 2. Self-service B&B, public bathroom. 3. Breakfast is not included. Room facilities are average. There is no air conditioning, only a fan and it is very noisy.

In general, everything is good, the amenities are separate in the courtyard for several rooms, but you can normally take a shower and all that, there is a kettle in the room, and it would not hurt to have tea and coffee, if you don’t take into account the noisy Chinese, overall everything is quite decent at this price
