Thé location- hospitality at reception with their services & extra guided on ‘things to do’, location was perfect & room with balcony was perfect for my husband & I which we were celebrating our 1 year anniversary. We loved every moment. Best food- hot air ballon ride- best experience ever!!

The environment of the hotel is great! The duplex room I booked has a large balcony. Although the pictures look a bit old, the bedding, furniture, lighting, etc. are very textured, and the hygiene is very good. It is really spotless. There is a bit of a fly in the ointment: although the hot water can only be opened for 10 minutes, it is a waste of water, but I heard that all hotels in Goreme are like this, and it is not particularly hot.
