The hotel is very good. Please note that rooms with windows are available. Room 104 is not bad. The boss Ataberk is very talkative~

I love it so much and it’s such a unique hotel! The boss is quite interesting, but it's obvious that he is a business person. We stayed for two days and the room had floor heating, which was really super comfortable! A very good impression, very unique. The room is quite clean and has an exotic style. The boss even showed us his cellar for us to take pictures. It's a pity that we didn't see the hot air balloon. The boss's little dog is very cute and comes for breakfast every day.

The lights in the room are not on, and the quilt cover in the room is not changed. The overall feeling is very ordinary.

It's pretty good, cost-effective, and everything else is very good. I've booked it many times, and the overall service is also very good.

I stayed in junior suite 114. The room had no windows and was very damp. If your body can't bear it, don't bear it. I couldn't do it. It took an 11-hour flight from Beijing and another eight or nine hours of driving. I had a fever that day. The tide was so uncomfortable that my clothes felt wet. The quilt is relatively old# So I immediately moved to a nearby town~

Great view of the balloons. Easy walk to restaurants etc.

I had amazing stay there. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect- not too closed to the crowed but near all hot attraction so we can easily walk there anytime. The morning buffet is so fresh and delicious. And they have the best cappuccino. I would recommend the hotel to anyone!

It is a nice and spacious cave hotel. The balcony attached to the room faced the courtyard, so we couldn't see the balloons there, but we could see them from the common terrace and pool. Since it was our honeymoon, they provided wonderful decorations and hospitality. Unfortunately, the shampoo and conditioner containers were small and a little dirty.

I loved this property. The views are outstanding. The hot air balloons fly down so close to the hotel, they actually fly low enough to where you’re waving and saying good morning to each other. The staff are so helpful and the breakfast is wonderful. The internet connection was great. I enjoyed my stay there absolutely and would most definitely stay there again. Those views are unbelievable and so relaxing. Loved it.

Very cute property close to everything. Cute dog that hangs out on property-Maya. Only complaint is that the ac was not strong.

The hotel felt really private, whilst being in the centre of town. Easy to walk everywhere. Breakfast was great and reflective of traditional Turkish food with plenty of options. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Watching the balloons in the morning was a special experience. Wish I had time to swim in the pool!

Great rooftop pool (only a bit cold water), amazing rooftop breakfast experience with an amazing view on the balloons (needs to be booked additionally), supermarkets (BIM) and great restaurants (Cratus) closeby (~ 5minutes walking distance), Dark Church and other sights easy to reach. Balloons in the morning of course the hoghlight at Sunrise (5:00 am).

Good location with enough space in the room. Helpful staff. Excellent breakfast buffet!
