Good location, friendly reception staff, and a nice breakfast. Overall, I was satisfied. The only minor issue was that the refrigerator didn’t work well.

The rooms are very spacious and the facilities are perfect.
The staff were especially wonderful and provided perfect support with last minute reservations for the hot air balloon tour. I would like to use this hotel again when I visit Cappadocia and would also like to recommend it to my friends.

Best experience in Istanbul with Mosiac Cave Hotel! The best thing about this hotel is the warmth and friendliness of the staff and hotel manager here. Extremely accommodating and welcoming !! The breakfast was also great and they ensure you get everything you need 24/7. Not to mention the best views you get from the hotel for some great pictures!! Best one so far! Recommended to all visiting Cappadocia with their loved ones!
