We stayed in the family room, but it wasn't a single room. It has two rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs in the real cave. One shared bathroom. Two queen beds in total. It was amazing for the price we paid. Breakfast included on the rooftop restaurant was delicious. The staff was nice and friendly. There were just two negative things about the hotel, but it didn't affect my experience of visiting Cappadocia: no lotion in the bath, my wife was complaining about it and the bathroom is not soundproofed, you will not feel comfortable when you are inside. In total I can recommend the hotel and the room for the families.

Had an excellent stay! The hotel is both nice and comfortable, with a strategic location that offers many restaurants within walking distance. Most importantly, the staff were exceptional, especially the receptionist, who was incredibly friendly and helpful! Highly recommended!

We are very happy to choose Peruna Cave hotel as our base for our four day trip in Cappadocia. Staffs are fantastic friendly.The hotel is very clean, rooms are large and comfortable. Decorated with beautiful and good quality furniture. The bathroom is huge and there is bath tub too. Showers are powerful.
The restaurant in the hotel offers the best Turkish cuisine I had in Turkey. Good service and reasonable prices. The views from the terrace are spectacular.
The location is in the middle of Goreme, close to all the major tourist attractions by public transportation.
I highly recommended it.

Beautiful and clean cave hotel.
The manager and staff are really friendly.
Rooms are beautiful.
We stayed in the honeymoon room which was incredible.
The location in in the center of the town.
Definitely recommend.

Very new hotel, All things are clean and looks good. Staff are very nice, help us took luggage to room when we arrived. The staff introduced the room about its history, hotel’s environment, and services very clearly. Be careful of the cloudy day, may be just a little hot water provided for shower ( maybe use of solar system). Hotel promoted its travel plans that were much more expensive than self booking in other places.
