The room was very cold, we asked them to change it, they changed it by force, even though there was a heater and air conditioner, the room did not warm up, then they changed it. The breakfast was mediocre, packaged jam, 3 types of cheese, the variety was not enough, the room was nice, the ambiance and the view were nice.

Great view from the balconies. Also not far from the Goreme center. Lots of restaurants and shops around. It was a memorable experience to live in a cave. Nicely decorated and comfortable beds! We even got a hamam in our toilet! We got welcome fruits and teas. Also the buffet is abundant and delicious! They can help arrange taxis as well. Everyone were friendly esp Mr Orhan who is in charge of the kitchen and dining area. He made delicious desserts. The manager also helped us a lot and gave us tips. I highly recommend this hotel!

Absolutely loved our stay at Lucky Cave Hotel. It was so cute and cozy. The staff were so welcoming and super friendly. They helped us book the tours and also organized airport shuttles. Superb communication! Some of the best hotel service I’ve ever received. The rooms were clean and the gardens were heavenly. Was such a relaxing stay. They had a rooftop terrace where we had a great view of the hot air balloons in the morning. Would highly recommend staying here as the hotel was in the heart of all of the cute shops and restaurants and easy to find 👍

Nice cave hotel, on top of the hill, which is necessary if you want to have nice paranomic view of the hot air balloons (if they do fly). Many hot hair balloons do fly directly above or across the hotel, as this hotel is near the peak point in gerome hotel area. A nice paranomic view of the whole surrounding too since view is unblocked by other hotels on lower slopes. No safe box in hotel, or no battery as per my experiences in Turkey. Breakfast is a good spread, with nice restaurant view of the surrounding area. Walking distance to gerome city centre, which to me resembles a tourist trap which sells homogenous products. I enjoyed my stay.

I had an incredible experience at Sultan Cave Suites during my recent stay. From the moment we landed, the hotel provided a free ride from the airport to the hotel, making our arrival smooth and stress-free. What truly impressed me was the staff's local knowledge. Despite being a petite individual, one staff member knew the area like the back of her hand. She not only recommended fantastic nearby markets and restaurants but also guided us to a hidden gem for a delightful breakfast experience. Late check-in wasn't an issue at all. The staff graciously helped us order food during the night, ensuring we didn't go to bed hungry. The hotel's strategic location near the airport was incredibly convenient for our transit stay. The next morning, they provided a reasonably priced shuttle service to ensure we caught our flight on time, completing the seamless experience. I also have to mention the delightful night staff member who was not only cute but also warm and friendly. Her willingness to share local insights added a personal touch to our stay. In summary, Sultan Cave Suites is a gem for transit flight stays. I'm grateful for the exceptional service and will undoubtedly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers.

It was amazing stay. We went to celebrate our anniversary and we were so happy when we saw our room was decorated nicely by balloons and candles. Very clean and big room. And the best thing was breakfast really very nice breakfast we had. Overall everything was good. Nice service and staff were very friendly . I will definitely recommend to my friends.

The room was a bit small and dark but it was alright. The view and the area was perfect. We came during the new year and the fireworks was amazingly spectacular and they also gave us some sweet little treats(cupcakes and keychains) which was quite thoughtful of them. The breakfast was super great, would love to come back just for it. We booked the Turkish dinner night with them at 40euro, which was cheaper then from some online sites.

We spent one night at the hotel. We arrived early in the morning, left our things, and went to wander around the city. We were met at the hotel by very friendly guys who told us everything and showed us everything! thank you very much Begimai!!! The girl greeted us like old friends! The hotel is located on the highest point of the city and from a very authentic terrace you have a gorgeous view of the entire city! It would be a wonderful evening spent on the terrace with exactly the same enthusiastic guests! Breakfast is worth a special delight! Abundance of everything! and also with this view I recommend this hotel not only because of the view, but also the excellent attitude towards guests

Absolutely loved the stay at Ottoman Cave Suites. In walking distance from the bus stop. Arrived at 5am, couldn't check in as room was occupied, but staff were super helpful and allowed us to sleep in a quiet room until the morning and allowed to use washroom facilities and tea/coffee. The room itself was beautiful. Very luxury for the price. Views from the terrace were mind blowing. Loved everything about this stay. Couldn't recommend enough. Thank you to everyone that made this stay super pleasant.
