Wonderful hotel with amazing customer service !! I love this hotel so much . The receptionist knew that I am solo traveller this time . They suggested me lot of useful trips for one day traveling in Goreme town.like restaurant, cafe , sightseeing points.trip.com showed wrong check in and trip out time . I arrived at the hotel around 11am . After small talk with me, they allowed me to early check in . Not to mention that the hotel design is fantastic with very nice swimming pool . I jumped into the swimming pool this morning after finishing my breakfast buffet. The swimming pool water is very cool but it let me have refreshing morning. Thank you so much. Very sweet . I got the gift from hotel when sending me back to the airport and I will remember you guys -enthusiastic services and this hotel ! So happy to stay in here .

I was in this hotel with friends and relatives on the night of February 13. The view from the hotel is very beautiful, you can admire Goreme.Excellent location, the panorama is quite suggestive. The rooms, I would call them suites, wonderful, careful and comfortable. They all have their style. Some with a ground bathroom, others with shower, but all furnished in the minimum details. A wide choice of salt and sweet in terms of breakfast and of course very good. Strategic location for various types of excursions you can do, including the famous tour in the Mongolfier, nearby possibility to take horse tours or quads. Super recommended. Melissa

Our stay at Sah Saray was better than our expectations. The people there make it good. Our room was beautiful and looked just like the photos if not even better. The only thing I did not like about it was that it was not spacious enough for what we paid it was a bit of a squeeze. The property overall was fantastic, the views from the terrace of the balloons every morning were so calming. The service was great especially from Samet at reception who was always providing the best service and always genuine and personalised to us. Thank you very much to Mr Kemal for arranging all our activities for us especially the balloon ride and managing to get us the deluxe flight that we wanted! :) The breakfast at the property was delicious. You have a full Turkish breakfast every morning and Orhan's service was amazing, he even served us breakfast after the time had passed on a couple of the days as we woke up late and would serve us complimentary drinks every so often. Everyone at the property is so helpful and always there to have a friendly chat with and the place itself is just gorgeous. The location was not bad we could walk to the centre in less than ten mins from the property which is great because the hotel restaurant is not open for lunch or dinner so it's great that the centre is so close.

The hotel is located at a very good location, at a central location at a significant walking distance.There are two Peri footsteps.The rooms are astonishing.The breakfast is a variety of and quality.The garden is very pleasant, The ambience in the trees is really very nice.The Senior Monsieur, who has an operative function, is very nice and guest, has helped us in everything. Melek Cave Hotel is the best affordable and reasonable price hotel in Capadocia, with an amazing view and its awesome cave styled rooms. The staff were the best part, they’re very friendly, helpful and flexible. The breakfast was amazing, very focused and tasty. The hotel overall is very clean and hygienic. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who’s planning to stay more than three days in Capadocia, the location is practically near the center and shops -2 mins walk-.

Wow, what a great hotel, and great staff who were so welcoming and looked after my family so well! dont be put off this hotel by no air conditioning because the rooms are literally in the cave structure they stay lovely and cool all day long! the rooms were lovely and clean and so unusual, the breakfast was laid out beautifully and was so plentiful we were never able to eat it all. the pool was also lovely, clean and with sun chairs around it, this is a small hotel and so we mostly had this pool all to ourselves, each area of rooms was very quiet and private and sometimes we felt like we had our own private villa. the Main Street of the town was only a 2 minute walk down the hill. we went on a balloon trip and this was the perfect location for this and other activities too. our view from the hotel on the first morning gave us the most perfect view of the balloons rising, it was so beautiful. Serkan on reception who was in charge was very kind and helpful, as well as the young lady who was assisting him, and also the cook - all lovely people. would recommend this hotel to everyone.

* Two hosts - young married couple. The woman was lovely - very kind, and helpful. The man, who claimed the caves were a family business - was nice and friendly one minute and within moments would make a 180 degree shift, and it was beyond disturbing. If he thought he would gain sales from us, he was friendly and affable, when we had to speak about an issue, he was rude and cold. Very Jekyll and Hyde. * Upon checkin, we were given a major sales pitch, that took appx 15 minutes. According to the male host, there was only 2 spots available in the upcoming 4 days for one of the countless hot air balloons in cappadocia - so we should book that so we don’t miss out. Really?! * Our room, upon entering, smelled musty and moldy beyond what is expected of a room built into a cave. The bathroom was the major source of issue and the stench was overwhelming, to the point that we did not feel safe even turning the water on. We immediately opened windows to air it out but this didn’t help, even a few hours later. * Directly under the balcony was an open pipe. Unsure for what, but there were distinct smells of sewage. The smell of sewage was present throughout the whole property as you walked around, not just by our room. * The bathroom had no toilet paper, we had to request it ourselves. A few lightbulbs were out making the room even darker. Wifi did not connect - understandable as it is a cave. * Spoke to hosts - they said they would get someone to come the next morning (it was late) - they had no other rooms to switch us to, but the smell (mold and sewage) was so horrific and we felt it was unhealthy to breathe in - we left. * side note - new hotel was also a cave. It did not have the must/mold smell (which the previous host stated was normal because of how the cave walls absorb water), and wifi worked amazing in the new cave room, too. *do yourselves a favor, book elsewhere.

Highly recommend this hotel. Of course, the premise is that you can speak English, have good quality, and like a warm and natural environment. Needless to say, the experience of living in a cave dwelling made of stone is natural. The breakfast on the hotel’s rooftop is also great, with unobstructed views and good food. The best thing is of course the hotel owner’s meticulous and thoughtful arrangements from the beginning of the stay. He will give you a local map when you check in and tell you what you can play around. You can also help book tickets for day trips around. There is a small gift when checking out. I need to thank the hotel owner. We booked a day trip and then paid with our credit card at the travel agency when we set off (that is, it has nothing to do with the hotel owner). When we arrived at the scenic spot, we found that we could use the Turkish Museum Pass, so we brushed it a few times. The tour guide did not refund us after returning. We told the hotel owner about this. After verification, the boss directly took 10 euros to compensate us. He said that we cannot let our guests suffer losses. In fact, the feeling that Goreme gives us is not perfect. This hotel definitely raised the experience a lot.

The room is quite large, there is an open air in front of each room. It is good to chat on the terrace in the evening. We have ice cubes in the evening. We need ice cubes and ask for the boss. The result is not. The boss immediately rides the motorcycle and buys it back below. We, at that time, were 11 o'clock in the evening, and we must not collect the money. English: We booked lewin Stone House without expectations at all. Just a place to spend the night however we've got one of the most beautiful experiences of the trip. The first impression was ” this place is magic”. Yusuf and family were there for the welcoming. I could see they were always ready for the guests. Yusuf took some time to share historical information about the place, so was really easy for us to start the tour plan. W They prepared with love some breakfast for us eventhough was unexpected. I can now say I have tried the best apricot jam ever!! Healthy and organic breakfast, amazing. He gave us his phone number in case we could need anything in the area. Unforgettable behaviour! The cleaning was just perfect. Spanish: Reservamos en Lewin Stone House sin expectativa alguna, solo un lugar para pasar la noche y nos hemos llevado una de las mejores experiencias del viaje. La primera impresión: el lugar es mágico. Fuimos recibidas por Yusuf y su familia. Pude ver que estaban siempre presentes para cada huésped. Yusuf se tomó la molestia de explicarnos un poco la historia del lugar, fue muy fácil entonces establecer la ruta para visitar. No dudó en ningún momento en prepar desayuno para nosotras pese a haber llegado mucho antes del check in. No exagero si digo que he comido la mejor mermelada de albaricoque del mundo. Desayuno natural y orgánico. Nos dio su número para que le contactáramos si necesitamos cualquier cosa. Detalles que no tienen precio. La limpieza fue inmejorable.

We had a 3 nights stay at the deluxe triple room (not cave room, no need to climb stairs). Room size was just nice for 3 adults and equipped with adequate facilities. Bathroom lighting could be better. On our first night, staff has warmed our room with heater. Our first breakfast was served to us directly as we were the only group of guests in the hotel. Subsequent breakfasts were served in buffet style. The hotel has a few terraces where you can view the sceneries of Cappadocia. Unfortunately, we did not see any hot air balloons during our stay. Hotel is close to many restaurants and shops, but there is slope if you walking back to hotel from Cevizler Sk. Special thanks to Omar who has helped to fix the door knob issue.
