We had a fantastic 4 night stay at Alaturca stone house. Everything was absolutely perfect from the friendly welcome when we arrived, the beautiful central heated room and the extensive breakfast. The hotel is in a nice quiet location with car parking straight outside, its an easy walk to restaurants. The roof terrace is a great place to sit and look at the amazing view. All the staff are really kind and helpful and in 18yrs of living in Turkey the breakfast choices were the best I've ever had especially for a small hotel. I cannot think of anything I would change and will definitely stay again.

It was a place that we wanted to see, and I never thought we would have been having so good time. The hotel helped us with the room, although we arrived early in the morning, and it was incredibly good to spend 3 days in the clean hot room after so much of the ice-like air. Workers are generally very sweet sincere and laughing. The breakfast options were too many and incredibly tasty. We were very happy. They were very beautiful as a location. They were very close to the restaurants to be visited within the day. We were very happy that they were at walking distance. We went through a familiar way and they were very helpful with our room choice. And yet we would stay in this hotel. We thank everyone again. Absolutely recommended.

It was amazing experience. On arrival we were offered freshments. Elif, Feyzo and Yigit were all very helpful. friendly and polite. Elif arranged our hotel rooms and checked everything before giving us the keys. Rooms were very clean and well furnished. The location is perfect. Only 5 minute walk from the main centre where all the restaurants, shops, travel agents and cash machines etc are located. Roof top view is very nice. Main lawn have plenty of relaxing sofas and chairs to sit in the sun. No disturbance from main traffic. Breakfast was really good. All fresh and tasty. I would love to go back to use their service. Highly recommneded.

The location of the hotel is a little bit off in Goreme, but Goreme is not big, you can walk to the town center and lively area in a few minutes.
The hotel facilities are good, very Turkish.
The service brother is very enthusiastic, and the breakfast is quite rich. If you need milk and other food, you can communicate directly. The Turkish breakfast is similar.
Sanitation is fairly clean.
The family room on the top floor is average. Because it is on the top floor, the roof of the room is angled, and the head of the bed is closer to the roof.

This is an amazing, stylish place with the greatest rooftop view to the village - we recommend it 100%. Although this place is wonderful, the best thing there are hosts - each employee was so nice to us, and helpful, and worked as they own the place. We felt that they really care about us, our trip and staying there. Big advantage is that the owner and manager of the hotel is working there and takes care about everything. He also previously was a tourism guide and helped us with information about places where to go. The place is new and if someone is still able to get a better pricing this season, than it is a nobrainer to choose this place instead of other hotels in Goreme - they will make sure that You will enjoy Your staying in Goreme, Cappadocia. We got a very special treatment: 1) nice welcoming breakfast at 6am in the morning before our booking was even started at 12pm *also they saved some food for us when we slept in, which was very nice 2) free upgraded room to a royal suite although there was a full booking that night 3) very special discounted price because the place is new and money is not their priority now 4) option to leave our baggages for 2 days there 5) information and a plan for a day about tourism places where to go 6) nice and very friendly attitude We are very thankful to Azad and other people about the experience and hosting they provided, help and just being such nice human beings. :))

Wonderful hotel with amazing customer service !!
I love this hotel so much . The receptionist knew that I am solo traveller this time . They suggested me lot of useful trips for one day traveling in Goreme town.like restaurant, cafe , sightseeing points.trip.com showed wrong check in and trip out time . I arrived at the hotel around 11am . After small talk with me, they allowed me to early check in . Not to mention that the hotel design is fantastic with very nice swimming pool .
I jumped into the swimming pool this morning after finishing my breakfast buffet. The swimming pool water is very cool but it let me have refreshing morning.

The cave room is still a bit damp and stuffy, and the door must be opened every day for ventilation. Everything else is good, the staff are warm and considerate, and no one is crowded on the several terraces. Love the big dog at the front desk.

Hello First, the location of your facility is great. This is in the middle of the places to go and be seen. If you are going with your own vehicle, the routes of Ceren Lady are great. In addition, the rooms are clean and well prepared. The rooms are flat from the ceiling lamps to the bathrooms, wake up with a balloon sound in the morning and start the day in an environment where balloons are close to 3-4 metres, You have made a great breakfast with the delicious products made by Ceren Lady with her own hands, then walking around the tourist sites and walking to the hotel for evening, watching the sunset in a unique view about 2 minutes away He was very pleasant; and his evening takes you all the fatigue of silence and peace and prepares you for the next day. Meanwhile, the comment on ”Hotel with balloons” that I read in the comments on the internet is certainly correct :) You will never regret when you prefer Fairyland Cave Hotel for a great holiday. All the rosary staff and the hotel are very much to Ceren Lady Thank you. Under the meantime, do not take into account the negative comments you read in the comments. You may prefer with comfort. We have left very happy. Thank you for everything.

One of the proper hotels to stay in Avanos. Hiilton quality is especially felt in the design of the hotel and the rooms. The size, concept and comfort of the rooms are good; however a bit outdated, a bit of renovation would make it much better. The breakfast is fine. I didn't use the pool and spa but it didn't look bad...

GGuest UserI stayed at the hotel in early June 2023. I would like to highlight both the advantages and disadvantages. Advantages: 1. Friendly and responsive staff who can solve your problem without unnecessary explanations. 2. Comfortable rooms with convenient furniture. 3. Spacious toilet and bathroom. 4. Stable internet connection. 5. Incredibly delicious breakfasts. 6. Magnificent photo zone on the rooftop for morning photography with air balloons. Disadvantages: 1. There might be a smell of dampness in the rooms. I encountered one such room. The administrator resolved this issue by relocating me to another room where the smell was much less noticeable. 2. Limited seating on the terrace for breakfast. Local features that are not related to the hotel itself but should be noted: 1. The door of our room opened onto the street. You will hear people passing by. 2. There is a mosque located 50 meters from the hotel, which can be heard very well, including during the early morning hours (3-4 am). Overall, the advantages outweigh the disadvantages. I recommend it to those who are not bothered by waking up to the sound of the mosque singing in the early morning hours.

GGuest UserBooked a double room in cave suite. We luckily got a room on 4th floor, which was decent. I think any lower than floor 2 and you may hear noise from other guests in morning, so if you do plan to go, book a high room. It's a cave, so not your average luxury hotel room if that's what you're used to. Reception were good, very proactive and understanding/accommodating. Booked activities through the hotel, and it was pretty smooth. Breakfast was okay, the scrambled eggs were not scrambled eggs, they were so overdone. Variety is minimal for breakfast, it's quite repetitive except for 1 or 2 items that tend to swap every day. You can on request have other things made such as fried eggs. Would I go again? No, as a cave hotel is a once in a life time experience. Would I recommend Hera Cave Suites? Yes, it was a pleasant stay, the service was good I was quite happy.

GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel with my family for a week in October 2023. Its an amazing hotel even better than the images online. The staff at the hotel were all very welcoming and friendly always happy to help from reception to the restaurant to the room service staff. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, with a cave but modern outlook. Rooms are cleaned daily with fresh bedding, tea coffee water provided daily etc. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very convenient location walking distance to the local shopping centre of Goreme. Breakfast was a good selective choice the staff were always welcoming and very friendly. A big thank you to Bahar from the restaurant who was always so friendly welcoming and helped me and my family out so much she couldn't do enough. The hotel has an amazing roof top terrace perfect location to see sunrise and sunset and watch the hot air balloons in the sky. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be revisiting. Thank you to all the team for a lovely experience.

GGuest UserThis is my first time to travel in Cappadocia and so lucky to live in this cave hotel. The receptionist was very proactive and being nice to help us. He helped taking all the luggage going up and down the staircase. He also helped us to call to the travel agency and told us don’t worry when we were waiting so long tome at the reception for our tour guide. Also, the breakfast in here was delicious and we were being well-served. I was surprised that they offered a room service (fruit) for free on the rainy day. It is so warm to live in here for these days. Nevertheless, the scenery in here is spectacular and so relaxing.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very cosy and with a beautiful landscaping. It’s close to everything and with amazing views to the fairy chimneys and balloons.
The room is beautiful and very well decorated.
The breakfast options and the lunch/dinner are great. The staff are very nice.
The only down thing was the dirtiness and bad smell from the cats and dogs on the cushions outside because of that we could just sit down for a quick photo instead of relax and enjoy the views.

From the moment of our arrival to Nevesehir airport till the moment of our departure to the next destination we felt welcome. Very family-oriented environment, exceptional hospitality, and smiley faces. We were given a tour of the hotel and amenities, then taken to our rooms. Our room was a cave room called the king suite with terrace (Room number 304). It was beautiful, authentic, clean, and had an AC. Beautiful spacious marble bathroom. Room authentically decorated in Cappadocian-Turkish style. Sheets were changed and towels replaced upon request. Lovely housekeeping team. Front desk very receptive and helpful, all hotel staff went above and beyond to tend to guests to make sure all were having a great experience. Given the nature of it being a family run hotel, it had warm friendly vibes. SETEN RESTAURANT – absolutely to die for! Best restaurant in Cappadocia hands down. Breakfast – best spread ever lots of choices. Served by lovely people. Dinner - It is a definite MUST. Especially the Muhammara, Mutancana, Testi Kebab, and Pumpkin Dessert!!!! I do advise you to book your tours with the hotel but make sure it is with the hotels Kelebek Tour company as we had a frightening experience with a company in city centre. Thank you to the amazing staff at the hotel that made our stay in Cappadocia memorable. We are avid travelers so believe me when I say this hotel is well worth it especially the fact it is THE best view to watch the beautiful hot air balloons fly over Goreme with many caves surrounding you. Special thanks to front desk - Duru, Amir, Sena, Murat - and including Seten Restaurant – Hussain, Utku and Serife – including anyone else I may have forgotten to name, you are all doing an amazing job. Cave rooms are nicely decorated, dim lighting, ambience and overall design makes you feel like you are really in a cave. Jacuzzi in the room is good but the water takes some time to warm up.
Because this is a real cave hotel (as the worker there explained), there are bits keep coming off from the ceiling in our washroom (not a big disturbance though, but we have to cover our cups when not in use) and we were told that it's normal for a real cave hotel.
Breakfast-wise, food is fine, not much variations in different days but good enough to start a day.. Coffee is only for someone who just need caffeine.
The terrace is nice, staff set up in every morning for the guest. Good thing is, it is not as crowded as other popular hotels.
Overall, staff are very friendly except one guy (who appears to be a senior one), doesn't seem to be welcoming and hospitable. He always talk to us in a blunt tone when we have queries on the stay or the room condition. He definitely ruined our overall experience here! Sigh.

GGuest UserOur trip to Cappadocia was amazing, thanks to Harman hotel for making our stay so comfortable, and being available with information about tours, and places to eat. We were welcomed on the first night by Batu, who was very nice and helpful, our tours were confirmed and we were shown to our room, our room was very clean and cozy, we had everything working and cold AC. Plenty of towels as well. Next day we had breakfast on the terrace which was very good, variety of food to choose from including traditional cakes, omelette, cheeses, fruit and beverages. The kitchen lady’s were nice and very polite, refilling food and asking if we wanted omelettes. The hotel has an amazing view, and if you wake up early you can see the hot air balloons in the sky and get some awesome pictures!, I enjoyed the multiple terraces through the hotel. We had a great stay here. Will come back for sure!

ZZHIHUAThe rooms are absolutely big and the geographical location is relatively small, but the town of Goreme is small. You can walk to the center of the town in about 5 minutes. The hotel can also book all day trips, hot air balloons, shuttles, etc., but I found All Turkish hotels do not provide toiletries such as toothbrushes and toothpaste, please bring your own
