We received the most friendliest service, when we arrived. The owners Jenny and Sebastian was so welcoming and me and my two kids really enjoyed it there. They offered us a delicious breakfast Saturday and Sunday and throughout, they told us about a little book store in the area that we visited three times! It was like heaven for my daughter who love bookstores. We took walks on the beach which is just opposite and took lots of photos. Manor on the bay is definitely a place I would go to again for a weekend stay.

We spent four nights there … two couples. Everything was just amazing. The rooms are spacious and beautiful, and the view of the sea is simply stunning. Jenny & Sebaastian are the perfect hosts. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Honestly, it’s a 12 out of 10. We were super happy.

We had a great stay in Gordon’s Bay. We were there at a particularly windy time, not uncommon in this bay. Gorgeous room with views across the bay. Great location to visit the vineyards around Somerset west. Don’t miss Lourensford and Vergelegen vineyards. Very nice buffet breakfast and the best scrambled eggs ! Also highly recommend eating at Cafe Zest. Food is above and beyond what you expect for the quiet location and price.

A wonderful place to stay. Very nice house, modern and clean rooms, beautiful view and very nice hosts. Unfortunately, we spent only one night travelling trough but we will definitely come back one day.

Our stay at Manor on the Bay was unforgettable. Sebastiaan, his sons, his wife and the rest of the staff were out of this world doing the extra mile, helping us with tips, serving the best breakfast ever, making jokes together…. The family suite was very big and beautiful with a great view on the beach! A wonderful setting

We had a fantastic room. On clear days, we could see all the way to Table Mountain from our bed while enjoying a coffee. The breakfast was excellent, offering everything from fresh fruits to eggs in all variations. The owners are very friendly and helpful, providing valuable tips. Most notably, they were extremely accommodating, since our romm wasn't immediately rebooked, we were allowed to use it until the afternoon at no extra charge and didn't have to check out at the morning. That's not something you can take for granted. A true hidden gem!

We had a wonderful experience as a team. Sebastiaan and Jenny was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. This helped us to focus on what we needed to do as a team.
