The room and amenities were really great but I had a bad experience checking out. They didn’t have a proper process for billing with Trip.com, they held me 3 hours and the payment still couldn’t come through. Don’t know who’s fault it was but from what I saw, Radisson Blu seemed at fault. While they made me ask Trip.com reps to calk them, their operator wasn’t taking calls properly. I had to call on their number infront of them to show that their operator isn’t taking call thats why Trip.com isn’t able to get through. Their business emails were messed up and because of it Trip.com wasn’t able to send the payment, finally I paid physically. One expects Radisson Blu to have a better process to handle bookings from online platforms, but it seems this one is just for marriage parties and not tourists.

Hi the hotel was very good as I had booked this for my parents but the only problem was they were asked to pay for the room which I had already pre paid through trip.com . Even after showing them the receipt and booking details they were still insisting on paying telling that they haven't received any payment .

Being a hotelier I don't write reviews but this hotel is making fool as under Hotel :- - They don't display there Deluxe room on any Booking website but the room is 8X8 and they don't inform size of room and when youb will reachunf they will charge you Rs. 1000/- per day to upgrade to a normal room. But all the website display Executive room so people can be fooled. - The washroom always remain dirty even after cleaning a little splash of water on floor will mean dirt - The room stinks - Car cannot enter the lane where hotel is located - Mosquitos are common in room and shows how clean the rooms are. - Light go off often and that time only light & fan will run no A/C or TV works Restaurant :- - Poor listening Skills I gave them tea order straight 3 days but they never brought right tea - Had lunch once and ordered food and we were told 20 min for order but every time it took minimum 50-60 Mins - A single tawa roti took 20 mins and it was normal everytime - Also the corporate travellers are disturbed at late night as room service enter wrong room at midnight and the next day meeting will go for toss ( This is the biggest problem other then above) SO NEVER EVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL WHEN IN GORAKHPUR
