Nirvana Sarovar Portico Gorakhpur

Nirvana Sarovar Portico is one of the finest hotels in Gorakhpur where luxury meets necessity at affordable rates. Located in the heart of the city at Vijay Chowk, the hotel is in the AD Mall, which also houses outlets of Spencers and Max and a movie theatre as well! The hotel not only looks very impressive (both from outside and inside) but also impresses through its amenities, services and hospitality. All staff members, be it Mr. Balwant Dhami (Front Office Manager), or Mr. Rajneesh and Mr. Anup from the front office managing team, or the receptionists (Pooja and 1 more lady), Grism from the support staff, or Sadhna and Rahman at the hotel's in-house restaurant Dine 551, everyone took good care of us and ensured we had a pleasant stay. We had booked 2 AC Deluxe rooms, but due to some issue 1 room was not available, so the hotel upgraded that to AC Suite at no additional cost. In addition, they provided us with a free lunch post check-out as a little token of apology for the time we had to wait for the room change. It was a sweet gesture, especially by Mr. Dhami and Mr. Rajneesh, and we thanked them for the same. The rooms are equipped with all modern amenities and provide panoramic city views. For food, Dine 551 is a great place to eat food and its service, ambience, hospitality, look, and food quality is at par with any 5-star restaurant in the country. A special mention for Rahman from the restaurant team who took great care of us, every time we went to eat there. The hotel also arranged for a car facility for sightseeing and airport drop. Overall we had a great time at this hotel and would opt to stay here again when we visit Gorakhpur.

The staff are so friendly and rooms are very clean. Pillows are very comfortable and the best was prompt room service. I hope to stay here again. Excellent service. Location is good. Easy access to everywhere in Gorakhpur. Once again, hope to stay here soon

The hotel rooms are very luxurious and eco friendly with polite staff. The hotel interior & window side view in night are main treasure. The hotel staffs are very friendly and available at every moment ,I want mention some hotels staff members Mr Dhananjay,Sakshi, Anajali & Suraj.

Excellent check in experience. Thanks to Sakshi and Dhananjay. Both were very polite and helpful. Great experience overall. I will be recommending Sarovar to all my near and dear friends Also the breakfast quality and spread was nice. I enjoyed my stay.

Feel like home, very nice experience with all staff Mr Rajan, amit, anil and chef rajan attend nicely and make our stay awesome. Nice ambience of alfresco and Dine 551. Mr. Amitabha das genral manager was so humble plz tell your team is the best.
