Comfortable stay and helpful staff. Clean and hygienic. Sea beach is very. This is second time we stayed here. Rooms are well maintained. Bathrooms are clean. Food in Al Carta is good. Buffet food needs improvement. Overall nice place to stay.

Excellent hospitality. Staffs are very helpful and courteous. All our requirements were given immediate attention. Rooms are clean and tidy equipped with all necessary amenities. Overall a well maintained property with great atmosphere.

The property needs complete renovation. Ambience is not at all good. Parking is an issue. Hospitality is very good. Staff is courteous. It’s a budget hotel not a resort. Overall a pleasant stay. Not a beach property, nearly 500 mtr from beach

Good Hotel, well behaved staff. I had accommodated in a not furnished room. I dined then immediately they respond and changed to a furnished one. Breakfast is good. Food is some what costlier. . ,........................................

The room was very clean. The staff are very polite and friendly. We enjoyed staying in swosti palm. The food was very good we Enjoyed the food. Need to improve on chinese food items. They need to icrease the milk refills in the rooms. They have alot of place we can be developed with entertainment activities.

I am so glad for there treatment and service.all staff are so good and cooperative person...and specially in food item are so delicious and tasty.and here all thing like room ,room service and staff are so good...and hotel environment is so cool....

Good was good and the service was also good. Behaviour of staffs are very polite and good, specially Bishu in room service. The rooms are good and big. The beach is only 5-7 mins walk from here. Recommend everyone to come and stay at this resort.
