I recently had the pleasure of staying at palm regal resort, and it exceeded all my expectations! from the moment i arrived, the staff welcomed me with warm smiles and exceptional service. Their attention to detail truly made me feel at home. The food was a highlight of my stay. Each meal was a delightful experience, with a diverse menu that showcased both local flavors and international cuisine. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, offering an array of fresh options to start the day. The swimming pool area was a serene oasis. I spent countless hours lounging by the pool, enjoying the stunning views and the refreshing water. It was the perfect place to unwind and soak up the sun. I also made use of the gym facilities, which were well-equipped and impeccably maintained. The gym had everything i needed for a solid workout, and the atmosphere was motivating. Overall, palm regal resort is a gem. Whether you’re looking for relaxation or adventure, this resort has it all. I can't wait to return!

I had a wonderful stay at Pramod Radisson Lands End. The property offers a perfect blend of modern luxury and coastal charm with its elegant, airy interiors and contemporary design accented by local culture, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. I also want to appreciate the culinary magic crafted by Head Chef Zahir, whose exceptional dishes beautifully highlighted the richness of local flavors. Unfortunately, I lost my gold ring during my stay, but I was incredibly impressed by the dedication and effort the hotel staff put into helping me recover it. A special thank you to the General Manager, Mr. Saikat Basu, Security Manager Nikesh, and Night Manager Debandra for their exceptional support and supervision throughout the process. Their professionalism and commitment truly made a difference, and I’m extremely pleased with the outcome. However, I did have an unpleasant experience during check-out. The female staff member responsible for the pool event seemed to lack critical thinking and ownership of assigned tasks. Additionally, her communication came across as taunting, which was disappointing after an otherwise positive experience. I believe she would greatly benefit from further training in customer service and communication to better handle guest interactions. Overall, I appreciate the remarkable service from the rest of the team and look forward to visiting again.
