The room was comfortable, but the internet connection and breakfast were concerns. Limited options, long wait times, and the internet needs an alternative solution for improvement.

Maximum room needs repairing, paint and rusting are their floor damages tiles misplaced and dirty & many more things need to be fixed. Breakfast fast items has no variety no hygiene maintained.

Worst experience. Super deluxe room having very small washroom. Flush was not working. Water was leaking all over the washroom. Not having basic amenities like sleeper, comb, bucket. Multiple time called to reception but no response.

It was pleasure stay at rajeev regency, on a reasonable prices. Need to bring little bit improvement in food rest all good staff were cooperative and humble.

Room and bed roll is very bad, it's not a good experience, room phone is not working, wash room is very congested

No clean rooms, walls are dirty with splits and water leakages, beds are with stains and hair spots, towels are minimum 10 years old

The hotel is not clean at all. I am a regular customer yet the service detroited day by day. One-day there was a horrible smell like the rat died in the washroom. One-day the hand was not working and even after complaining multiple times no resolution given. Most of the times rooms are not clean. We have to call hks for cleaning the room. Sometimes i will call for housekeeping staffs to come to the room and for hours no one will arrive. I have to call again and again. Last time i visited even the phone was not working and i had asked them to fix that was also not done. Also, the wifi in the 4th floor doesn't work. I have complained about this and they say server error everytime. No resolution given anytime. Hence, i always prefer 3rd floor rooms. In gopalganj, business persons prefer this hotel because of location and amenities. However, the way their service is detrimental and mismanagement of staffs, i think i will have to look for other options.
