Tru by Hilton Goodyear Phoenix West

The lobby area is decorated to make you feel right at home. The free breakfast was perfect. Just enough to hold you until lunch. We only stayed one night… but it was probably the best rest I’ve had in a long time. The bed was great.

Sad. Uninspired Bad service, inoperable toilet, noisy neighbors. AC as loud as a freight train. This is supposed to be a new hotel?

Has anyone been charged extra and told that they were going to return it for a hold but received nothing so far? I was charged extra and nothing was returned yet. My bed sheet wasn’t changed for a whole week as well. Might not stay here next time I come back.

I feel like the room was really small compared to other Hiltons I have stayed at and it was 308.00 a night. The night time clerk was super nice but the morning girl was average and not near as friendly.

Adequate, but don't expect much more The rooms are bare bones, no coffee maker (although its available if you want to get dressed to go downstairs). The breakfast buffet is adequate. Minimal wall sound insulation, you can hear alot of noise and activity in the halls and above if you happen to have noisy guests above your room. For the price, its OK but not what I would consider a "Hilton" experience.

We were notified that the hotel Tru by Hilton Goodyear was overbooked the morning of our reservation. We were told that our reservation had been transferred to Holiday Inn Dysart in Goodyear. When we arrived there they had not been told of our change and we were billed for the room even though we had already paid Tru through *******.
