酒店的地理位置十分優越，從鞏義火車站步行580米就到了，由於到的比較早，前台説現在衹有四樓有房間，這裏沒有電梯，酒店前台最初給我安排的四樓一間尾房，對面是布草間，再就是室外鐵皮消防通道（但有鎖，不能正常出去，且房間內沒有電視機），我要求換房，路過3樓看到有一間空房，而且剛好也有個帥哥退房，（我以為都是和我一個房型），前台強調我訂的房是無窗的，但還是在我的一再堅持下給我了三樓的321房（之前房間牆邊有深色窗簾，我以為後面是窗户，結果打開窗簾是大半塊牆，衹有最上面有一點窗户可以透光，但因為很高也無法打開），房間裏還有點味道，打開門和空調吹了一會也還好，晚上有蚊子。晚上到第二天早上共打死四衹蚊子（都沒有血），但咬我的那衹沒有打死，浴室的蓮蓬頭沒地方掛，掛的地方壞掉了，有熱水洗澡洗漱都方便，這間房的無線網是壞的，雖然有電視也看不成，房價也合理。不太挑剔的人可以訂，其實它家更貴一些的房間環境更好一些，都有大可以打開的窗户。

位置不錯，離鞏義火車站很近，樓下吃飯的地方很多，去景區打車也很方便，早上馬路對面很多賣菜和水果的。服務員很熱情態度非常好。打掃的挺乾淨的，床品不錯。不過就是房間太小了，可能我沒住過這麼小的房間把，比較壓抑。窗簾鎖不上，門也不能反鎖。一個女生睡着不踏實。價格不穩定，等入住才發現已經降了好多，真是虧的一批。

住了好幾次，床單被子枕頭都是新的，十分舒服，強烈建議入住，聽前台説是剛裝修的房間，睡起來很舒服，性價比感覺是鞏義NO1
