This is the main hotel in Dulong town, part of the local government building. A little b it tatty like the rest of the town, but clean and with helpful manager.

一般般 坐了一天的車灰頭土臉的結果到了後沒水，開始沒有冷水後來水水管脱了沒有熱水要兩點才能來。水冷的洗不了臉。廁所馬桶漏水。上了廁所會流出來。唯一感覺值得的是獨龍江的風景。偏遠地區設施不完善是可以理解的。希望改進吧

酒店環境很差，攜程訂的豪華房竟安排最差的一個房間（床在地板上）房間沒有板凳，衞生間吊頂快要掉下了，沒有電梯，請酒店幫助搬行李，求了無數次，態度極差，再三聯繫老闆才解決。

晚上11:00到酒店，值班的人都不見，套房連馬桶衞生都沒搞好，不得已換了標房，空調都是有問題的，洗臉盆邊的膠都是發黑、發黴的！還是在政府院裏的賓館！暈

獨龍江住宿條件有限，這家還算不錯的好停車，老闆娘人不錯.因為我們人多，要的房間多，有幾間房間空調不好，老闆娘還是讓前台服務員幫我們換了.因為過年嘛，我們準備了一些簡餐，前台不讓我們做，我們也就沒做了，但是我想弱弱的問一句，難道房子裏不可以吃外賣嗎？前台的阿姨不太好説話，不太適合這個位置.和氣生財,最大程度的方便客人才是經商之道.

酒店雖然開的時間長了，設施老化了，但是老闆娘人不錯，遙控指揮，還是能做到顧客至上的.前台的阿姨可能是性格問題吧.不適合在前台.舉個例子説明一下，我們因為住的人多，要的房間多，有幾間房子，空調不太好，就讓換一下，老闆娘同意了，前台阿姨上來跟老闆娘語音説了一句，他們把房間門都打開，怎麼可能熱呢？意思是開了空調就不能打開房間門，我住那麼多酒店，從來沒有哪家像這樣.既然是從事服務行業的，自己的東西設備老化了，不要老把眼睛盯在顧客身上.本來還要住幾晚的，考慮到綜合因素就去了另外一家，其實和氣生財很重要，多學學別家嘛.
