The sink drain switch in room 5017 is broken. There are many uneven marks on the switch. It seems that many customers have been unable to turn it on. The first floor had a damp and musty smell. I called the front desk and wanted to move to the second floor. The front desk told me that there was no room available, but at night there were few lights in the rooms on the second floor and there were many vacancies. Rhinitis patients are very uncomfortable and will not come back.

在點評這個酒店先開個玩笑:四個人笑稱又“重新進坑”。在玩千户苗和風凰古城所住民宿，由於條件有限，全沒有電梯，上下樓梯極不方便，大家一致提出，今後所選酒店一定要選帶電梯酒店，結果“迎賓館”也沒電梯，大家笑稱又進坑了。下面言歸正轉:
該酒店外部環境較好，綠樹成蔭，草花環繞。
總枱服務人員認真負責，辦事效率較高，熱心幫客人拿行李進房間。
餐廳較大，有不同規格包房和大餐廳，可以滿足會議和各類客人用餐。
早餐我觀察下，主食五種左右，二道熱菜，有現場做麪食，煎雞蛋和熱飲，雖然稱不上花樣豐盛，但基本上可以滿足客人需要。
這裏着重表揚餐廳服務人員，點菜專業，服務周到，值得稱讚。
客房共四層，沒有電梯，特別大廳到二層有一個直上二十九蹬台階，客人上下樓極不方便，還存在風險。
