前一晚在賽里木湖住的牧雲，兩家是同一個公司的，價格也差不多，但是這個營地的運營比牧雲差的不是一點半點。先説優點，環境絕佳，風景絕美，在那裡看到了我此生看過最多的星星，房間的設施佈置都是一流的，智能馬桶（雖然有點**），露營椅都是加分項。缺點也非常明顯，服務拉垮。管家打電話來感覺是為了推銷晚飯為主，道路指引衹是順便。到達定位後沒有看到營地，給管家打語音電話拒接，後面衹好給前台打了電話。到達營地後工作人員有三四個，但沒有一個人指揮安排停車，辦理入住也是，熱情就不要求了，但工作人員就給了房卡，房間位置和行李如何搬運全靠我們自己問，沒有主動告知，連縣城賓館的前台都能做到的事情這個營地的前台做不到。最無語的是到了房間，大門窗子全部敞開，走進房間的台階前是一段冰，不鋪雪防滑也就算了連個小心地滑的提醒都沒有，我愛人本身腳就扭到，結果在屋子門口又摔了一跤。至於屋內，淋浴間燈泡壞了沒維修，我們是藉著廁所那邊的光洗的澡。還有玩雪項目，雪上摩託十五分鐘七十元，給我們有問題的雪上摩託騎也就算了（因為聽到工作人員和旁邊的人説這輛這趟騎完別再騎了），不到十五分鐘就一直喊着嚷着説時間到了，體驗感真的差到不行。反看牧雲，從到達就有工作人員安排車子來接行李，到辦理入住後也有工作人員帶到房間，詢問温度如何，管家回覆也很及時。整個營地管理有序，不像這家，管理非常混亂，真的浪費了這麼好的景色。

特別推薦！新開業的民宿，所有的東西都是新的，非常乾淨，房間大不說，設施齊全，智能馬桶，花灑也用的很好的牌子。最重要的是老闆一家人簡直是太好了，熱情款待有求必應，老闆家的師傅阿姨還有其它工作人員也都特別好！還供應早飯，照顧我們全家老小院子裏花花草草也特別親民，告訴我們院裏的菜隨便摘，我們更不好意思了，小朋友也特別喜歡，還有個可愛的小狗可惜的是我們衹停留了一天，有機會還會再來，多住幾天，祝老闆生意興隆
