別來！！！勸退！！！非常差勁的一個酒店，設施環境差勁，服務也很差勁，還自己號稱是鞏留最好的酒店，實在是太離譜了！
因為五一去恰西堵車，回到酒店入住已經是晚上11點多了，而且很累。在前台辦完入住，發現要從A樓上4樓再去B樓上5樓，巨長巨長巨長，而且路上地毯行李衹能拉着走，這是什麼反人類設計！！！！
更離譜的是，我們終於走到發現房卡打不開門，給酒店打電話10分鐘才送上來，我腿旅行第一天就受傷了，不能久站，送個房卡也太慢了！！
然後，進房間，電動窗簾竟然是壞的，我們申請換房，前台説房間全滿了，換不了！然後前台告訴我的wifi密碼還是錯的，已經非常生氣了！！！修理的師傅來説完全卡住了，就衹能拆下來給我們拉上，白天就是拉不開了，大無語，你窗簾要是這麼容易壞就別搞什麼電動窗簾啊！！！
還説這個酒店B座是新裝修的，所以有很多問題，你都出來營業了，新裝修就可以亂七八糟問題一大堆嗎！而且這個價格也不低，衞生環境也堪憂，同行小夥伴的淋浴還是壞的，抽風一樣一會熱水一會冷水，太離譜了！！！
勸退！別來！！！誰來誰後悔！！！

我訂豪華大床房，原本訂房間挺大，水壓不足，且無熱水，打電話給酒店前台，説派人來修，差不多晩上12點未修復好，修理工讓前台跟我換房．我帶70歲老母親來入住，搞到晩上12點不能洗澡；前台告知我無空房可以更換，我要求退款，另行租其他酒店，但被酒店拒絕，我打電話給攜程客服投訴，12點多更換房間，標間大床房，三尖八角，洗手間沒有與廁所格開，房間對面洗衣房，凌晨一、二點產生好大噪音，人聲、機械聲嘈雜；早餐9點半去食基本無東西食，（酒店早餐時間：早上八點至10點），當晚已向攜程反饋房費差要求酒店賠償，我第二天在前台退房，酒店拒絕。還有走廊好長，但無燈，衹有走到才會感應亮，四、五樓A座房間還要在三樓（好像是，不太記得）走一段路換另一電梯。完全不值這個價錢，且非常坑，我建議攜程評級請嚴格審核。

酒店B座名不虛傳，50平米，但是衞生間特別小，三角形，不乾濕分離，出水特小，洗長頭髮真的老費勁了。熱水也不好調，下水道有點反味，這個倒好處理，用塑料袋裝了水放下水道上就好了。B座不能直接電梯上，a座電梯上去4樓走過長長的走廊換電梯上去再走過長長的走廊。入住的時候有小姑娘帶着去房間，不然容易走暈。
