Sanitation, environment, and service are better. The water is not hot and the water flow is small. The facilities are old, and the floors and walls are damaged or cracked. The wash basin has no water plug.

房間環境很舊，尤其是衞生間的防滑墊，那叫一個臟，毛髮污垢，看着都難受，旅遊季也沒辦法，價格高，環境沒法改變，但是可以提高衞生和服務呀，三人入住，牙刷，拖鞋一次一次的要！

房間差、服務差、保安和前台都感覺是你欠他錢沒還似的……門鎖有損壞往客户身上推責任……總之不要去住哪怕在外面打個帳篷……也希望旅遊局關掉這些給新疆旅遊抹黑的破店！

一進房間，居然沒打掃，，然後換了間打掃過得，一看床上還有毛，估計服務員就把床鋪了一下，就沒換床單被套

房間出乎意料的大，衞生也確實還算可以，房費不高性價比可以，但還是有幾個問題，住的房間門有點小問題，關起來比較費力，要很用力才能關好，房間沒有放礦泉水，半夜被渴醒起來找不着水喝，哪怕放瓶冰露呢，還有一點衞生間下水不通，洗個澡整個衞生間沒地兒下腳
