This hotel is so luxurious, haha. It's a five-star hotel in the scenic area, right?! The afternoon tea was incredibly rich. You have to take an electric cart across the creek in front of the hotel, which always makes us scream. Luggage was delivered to the room and loaded onto the cart. The service was excellent. There are lambs in the hotel courtyard and a garden. It's so photogenic. The sunset at night was just stunning.

Facilities: Very complete Cleanliness: Very clean Environment: Located a 10-minute drive from the scenic area entrance. The entire scenic area is a one-way drive, taking over an hour. So it's a good starting point. After reaching Qimengde, you'll need to detour from the hotel's East Valley exit back to the hotel. The hotel is next to a small river, which separates the parking lot from the front desk. Luggage carts wade through the water to pick up and drop off luggage. If you drive a high-riding vehicle (like the Tank 300), you can wade through the water to reach the front desk. The entire hotel is made up of small cabins, and the view is breathtaking as soon as you step out the door. Morning walks in the woods are a fantastic experience. Service: The front desk staff were very helpful. A very friendly guy helped with luggage. I added him on WeChat in advance and he was always available to answer any questions. Recommendation: Go to Qimengde early for a 4-hour horseback ride to the foot of the snow-capped mountains. This is the climax of your entire Yili trip. Note: If you check out the next day and don't want to take the one-way route for an hour to exit the scenic area, you should leave early through the west gate before the park opens. It only takes 10 minutes to drive against traffic. After the scenic area closes, traffic is no longer allowed against traffic. I'll stay here again next time I visit.

This is a unique log cabin hotel in the Kurdenin Scenic Area. Remember to call and provide your license plate number when booking, or you won't be able to enter the scenic area and need to buy a ticket. There's parking at the entrance, but you need to call the front desk to get in and ride the hotel's electric cart across a stream. The hotel facilities are quite good, with a cafe in the lobby. The owner has a chubby Shiba Inu and provides photo props for checking in. Wooden paths connect the cabins in the campground. Staff will transport luggage by tricycle, but access is by foot. There's a restaurant in the middle of the campground, offering a delicious buffet breakfast with a wide variety of options, including glutinous rice chicken and steamed buns. I suspect the chef is from southern China. Lunch and dinner can be ordered from the restaurant. A wooden trestle bridge connects the two sides of the gorge for pedestrians, and you can climb to the observation deck for a breathtaking view. The room facilities are relatively complete, but there is no refrigerator. There is also a humidifier, bathtub and shower in the room. Each cabin has an open-air balcony where you can sit and enjoy the scenery. There are electric double bed curtains and a projection screen TV. It is very comfortable to watch a movie in bed at night. Most of the hotel staff are locals and very enthusiastic. When we arrived at the dinner restaurant in the evening, it was closed and only barbecue and baked noodles were available. We asked casually that the staff were eating watermelon and they immediately cut a plate for us.

The Valley Campground is beautiful, with nicely appointed rooms. The restaurant's lamb chop hotpot is delicious, and Manager Zhong single-handedly carries the entire restaurant service, a feat worthy of praise. Just based on the restaurant and ambiance alone, Valley deserves a 5-point rating! However, the campground also has significant shortcomings: poorly maintained guest room amenities, broken window screens that won't close. The cafe service is abysmal. Even guests staying at the campground and dining there were given a variety of excuses when trying to borrow a cup, insisting they couldn't give disposable cups because of the cost, or that they need to clean the cups after borrowing them. Such poor service is a disgrace to the campground. I hope Valley will improve its customer service training so that it doesn't leave a bad impression of itself in the future, with only a pleasant environment and poor service.

The staff were terrible. The outdoor environment was terrible. There were catkins everywhere. Customers had to carry their own luggage. If we had told them in advance that there were catkins outside, we would not have booked.

1) The hotel amenities were poor quality. The toilet paper was just a few leftovers from the previous guest, unbranded and of very low quality. The toiletries and drinking water were also average. The water heater wasn't working properly, and the water was very limited. After one person showered, there was no hot water, and the next person had to wait. 2) The breakfast was terrible; any budget chain hotel would be better. There wasn't much of a view from the entrance, just a small river. Parking was only allowed on the other side of the river, making it difficult to carry luggage. The front desk was also very indifferent. There was almost no service, and it was completely worth the price.

Smart devices were completely malfunctioning, and the lighting control system was chaotic: Sleep mode didn't turn off the lights, Bright mode didn't turn them on, and Romance mode actually turned on the lights and opened the curtains. The smart toilet was malfunctioning: the heating didn't work even after the lid was manually opened. The projector and curtains were out of control: the devices were completely unusable, disrupting evening entertainment and rest. The cleanliness and facilities were severely substandard, with numerous insects in the room and insect residue on the bed, causing an allergic reaction in a family member. Dirty bedding: After changing rooms, the set still had noticeable stains, and the bed had collapsed. Air conditioning malfunctions required self-reporting: basic equipment issues were not addressed in advance, forcing guests to move to a new room at 1 a.m., and the new room still had the same issues. No effective compensation was provided: due to the equipment malfunction and the time-consuming room change, the next day's trip had to be canceled, and the hotel did not proactively offer remedial measures. Similar malfunctions in multiple rooms: the smart device and bedding issues remained unresolved after the room change, indicating that the hotel lacked a routine maintenance system. In response to repeated complaints, staff offered only mechanical apologies and lacked proactive problem-solving skills.

The service was terrible. I've stayed in so many hotels and have never encountered a hotel like this. The room was full of formaldehyde, but I was told there was only air freshener. There was no WeChat dedicated to service. Every time I needed anything, I had to wait for half a day or I couldn't wait to call. I wanted to check out after only half an hour of check-in. If there were no rooms left, I would never stay again. When I told them about the room problem, the hotel was impatient. I will never stay at this hotel again.
