Facilities: Very complete Cleanliness: Very clean Environment: Located a 10-minute drive from the scenic area entrance. The entire scenic area is a one-way drive, taking over an hour. So it's a good starting point. After reaching Qimengde, you'll need to detour from the hotel's East Valley exit back to the hotel. The hotel is next to a small river, which separates the parking lot from the front desk. Luggage carts wade through the water to pick up and drop off luggage. If you drive a high-riding vehicle (like the Tank 300), you can wade through the water to reach the front desk. The entire hotel is made up of small cabins, and the view is breathtaking as soon as you step out the door. Morning walks in the woods are a fantastic experience. Service: The front desk staff were very helpful. A very friendly guy helped with luggage. I added him on WeChat in advance and he was always available to answer any questions. Recommendation: Go to Qimengde early for a 4-hour horseback ride to the foot of the snow-capped mountains. This is the climax of your entire Yili trip. Note: If you check out the next day and don't want to take the one-way route for an hour to exit the scenic area, you should leave early through the west gate before the park opens. It only takes 10 minutes to drive against traffic. After the scenic area closes, traffic is no longer allowed against traffic. I'll stay here again next time I visit.

This is a unique log cabin hotel in the Kurdenin Scenic Area. Remember to call and provide your license plate number when booking, or you won't be able to enter the scenic area and need to buy a ticket. There's parking at the entrance, but you need to call the front desk to get in and ride the hotel's electric cart across a stream. The hotel facilities are quite good, with a cafe in the lobby. The owner has a chubby Shiba Inu and provides photo props for checking in. Wooden paths connect the cabins in the campground. Staff will transport luggage by tricycle, but access is by foot. There's a restaurant in the middle of the campground, offering a delicious buffet breakfast with a wide variety of options, including glutinous rice chicken and steamed buns. I suspect the chef is from southern China. Lunch and dinner can be ordered from the restaurant. A wooden trestle bridge connects the two sides of the gorge for pedestrians, and you can climb to the observation deck for a breathtaking view. The room facilities are relatively complete, but there is no refrigerator. There is also a humidifier, bathtub and shower in the room. Each cabin has an open-air balcony where you can sit and enjoy the scenery. There are electric double bed curtains and a projection screen TV. It is very comfortable to watch a movie in bed at night. Most of the hotel staff are locals and very enthusiastic. When we arrived at the dinner restaurant in the evening, it was closed and only barbecue and baked noodles were available. We asked casually that the staff were eating watermelon and they immediately cut a plate for us.

The staff were terrible. The outdoor environment was terrible. There were catkins everywhere. Customers had to carry their own luggage. If we had told them in advance that there were catkins outside, we would not have booked.

1) The hotel amenities were poor quality. The toilet paper was just a few leftovers from the previous guest, unbranded and of very low quality. The toiletries and drinking water were also average. The water heater wasn't working properly, and the water was very limited. After one person showered, there was no hot water, and the next person had to wait. 2) The breakfast was terrible; any budget chain hotel would be better. There wasn't much of a view from the entrance, just a small river. Parking was only allowed on the other side of the river, making it difficult to carry luggage. The front desk was also very indifferent. There was almost no service, and it was completely worth the price.

The service was terrible. I've stayed in so many hotels and have never encountered a hotel like this. The room was full of formaldehyde, but I was told there was only air freshener. There was no WeChat dedicated to service. Every time I needed anything, I had to wait for half a day or I couldn't wait to call. I wanted to check out after only half an hour of check-in. If there were no rooms left, I would never stay again. When I told them about the room problem, the hotel was impatient. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The room was freezing cold and leaky. The price was not worth it. There was absolutely no service. The receptionist was not very friendly and the customer service was indifferent.
