Not only was my personal information carelessly leaked, but the expensive hotel I stayed in was riddled with issues, bringing my experience to its lowest point! First, let's talk about the travel photos. I wanted to capture beautiful moments, but the travel photography agency was completely unethical. I explicitly refused to provide photos for printouts, but the hotel manager obtained our photos from the travel photography agency without my knowledge! The unauthorized sharing of my personal information and photos is a serious violation of my privacy and image rights! This behavior makes me feel insecure. How can I trust a travel photography agency with such unregulated practices to document my trip? Next, let's talk about the hotel. For 4,400 yuan a night, I expected excellent service, but the shuttle bus was a disaster from the moment I boarded. The used car was smelly and stuffy, filled with cigarette smoke and strange odors, and the air was stagnant. After checking in, I was taken to my room in another used SUV. The room door handle was difficult to use, the floorboards were warped and unrepaired, and as soon as I opened the door, I was swarmed with biting, poisonous ants. The stings left me with ulcers, and the air was dusty and unhygienic. At night, there was a constant noise outside, like a boiler blaring. There were also multiple power outages in the early morning hours, and after each one, the room lights would come on full blast, leaving me unable to sleep the entire night. After reporting this to the housekeeper, the hotel only offered a 10% discount, which was completely perfunctory! The next day, as I was about to leave, the hotel manager came to discuss the situation. Instead of apologizing for the hotel's problems, he repeatedly blamed external factors, claiming that the local government wouldn't allow their vehicle into certain areas. Even if they weren't allowed, they had to find a way to tow a tour bus in, repeatedly stressing the difficulties of coordinating with the government. They completely avoided the main issue, not mentioning the hotel's own shortcomings in service and facilities, and failed to address any of the issues effectively. Although Ctrip contacted me to inquire, the issue has yet to be properly resolved. Xinjiang is beautiful, but this experience was truly awful! I hope Ctrip can pay attention to this matter, and remind friends who are planning to travel to Xinjiang to be cautious when choosing travel photography and hotels, and don’t make the same mistake as me!

There is no construction now. It is normal for the dirt road to be dusty when driving. I saw a sprinkler truck spraying water, which does not affect the beautiful scenery. Especially the small stream in the downhill yurt of the camp is so beautiful. No need to crowd with tourists outside. No foreign tourists were seen casually entering the campground. Because the breakfast was quite rich, including both Western and Chinese styles, the four of us bought 2 additional breakfasts. Especially the tomato noodles are delicious, I had 2 bowls. Suggestions: 1. The platform check-out time is 15 o'clock, which is actually 14 o'clock. You should correct it. The housekeeper urged me to check out, and I rushed back to pack my luggage. 2. You all need to check the rubber strips on the shower room floor tiles to see if they are aging. At night, when my mother takes a shower, the water flows from the shower room to the toilet room and then to the floor tiles outside. In the evening, two young men helped me clean it with some floor towels, and the glue master applied it again the next day.
