房間還不錯，挺乾淨的，最重要的是有空調，恰西早晚還是挺冷的，空調很關鍵！位置也很不錯，就在恰西景區門口，需要過門票處再開十公里左右。很晚到的也有人在，早飯簡單但是挺香都能吃飽。不小心把耳機丟在了民宿我都沒發現，老闆打電話告知並幫忙郵寄到家，真的很感謝！（我還沒回去我的耳機已經先到家了）大家都來住！

衞生很差，進房間地上很臟，就是上一個客人走了根本沒掃地拖地。
服務一般，衹有一個前台小姐姐很好，其他的感覺都是臨時來幫忙的。房間水和紙巾都忘了給放。要了幾次給送來的。
環境設施也很差，反正不值這個價。
然後第一次吃這麼難吃的大盤雞。

酒店位置就在恰西大草原出入口，去草原騎馬越野啥的都很方便！房間能看到雪山，帆船帳篷和酒店大堂隔開了距離，但服務人員能上門服務。帳篷內設施齊全，居住很舒適！

前台工作人員態度和藹 入住流程很便捷 床很軟很舒適隔音效果也好 餐廳飯菜味道很棒 酒店位置很優越 離景區非常近 酒店後山就是穿越路線 可惜我開的轎車 不然非要上去越野一下 性價比很高 強烈推薦給朋友

服務：來入住的時候下着雨 凌晨1點多到達的酒店遇到一直在擔憂晚上景區讓不讓進去 害怕到打不了酒店 前台小哥哥在提前給我們打電話問我們是不是遇到什麼問題了 想幫助我們 他給景區那邊打電話 好不容易給我們協商處理好了景區 前台小哥哥特別好 人長的帥凌晨多到的時候房間空調都給我們開好了 房間暖暖的 人心也暖暖的 第二天早上睡醒 恰西下起雪 太漂亮 雪山霧凇 這一次出行恰西是一次很美好的出行 在這裏非常感謝前台小哥哥 對於他的服務非常滿意 服務十分滿意

預訂的小木屋 但是前台姐姐給我升級到了蘋果倉的房型 設施啥的都挺好的 有些細節方面的還需要多注意一下 哈哈哈

一家很舒服的酒店，美景美食，很適合和一羣人一起住，地理位置很好，對面就是馬隊河流，早上醒來睜眼就能看到遠處的雪山和草原。，老闆娘也很熱情。

房間住着很舒服，前台也很熱情，幫忙拿行李，新疆人就是熱情，烤肉也非常好吃，雖然比外面貴一點，也可以理解，畢竟食材拉到山上也不容易，清晨起來看到這麼美的風景，讓人心曠神怡，鏡頭裡已經裝不下我想表達的景色了，上圖！
