"Overall satisfied. But some staffs have poor service awareness and attitude. According to the front desk, we can order food on the second or third floor. We went to the third floor to order food. A lady came over and said we should go to the fourth floor. When we got to the fourth floor, she handed us the menu. After we ordered the food, she took the menu and left. Until a young man brought the food, she also put the bowls and chopsticks away and left. She only said two sentences in the whole process, a total of a few words, and never showed up again and had no expression on her face. We felt a little uncomfortable during this meal. In comparison, the next day when we had breakfast, another girl serving in the restaurant was very good. After saying hello, she helped us open each dish box one by one. After we put the dish in, she closed the lid and helped us open the next one. After the operation, when there were no other guests, she stood or squatted on the side to wait, which was commendable."

"The hotel is located on the edge of the county town, with nothing to eat or visit nearby. We had dinner at a tea restaurant near the hotel, which tasted very good. We also had breakfast at the tea restaurant, which started at 8 o'clock. We had to leave early in the morning, and the owner of the tea restaurant was very nice. We had dinner at 7 o'clock in advance. There was no heating in the room, and it was very cold at night, which was a bit of altitude sickness."

"When I arrived at the homeowner at night, I told me that there was no bathroom in the room ( Trip.com and I didn't specify where I went). I had to use the public. The public was very close but the bathroom door was broken and could not be closed. Someone had to help look at the door. The whole was not dirty, but the facilities were old. There is no room card or key in the room door. Uncle said it was safe, but valuables were recommended to carry with you. In fact, I was living in Qinghai Lake. I arrived at 8 o'clock in the evening. I couldn't see anything after cleaning up. I wanted to go early the next morning. As a result, I was told by my aunt that I couldn't enter in the morning. Oh my God, if I told me earlier, it would be a pity."

"The room is comfortable, clean and hygienic. The homestay is not close to the lake, but not far away. The more you live in the highland, the more beautiful and quiet the environment.
Stayed for two nights, the first night the weather was bad, I couldn't see the starry sky, and there were lambs and yaks to get close and take pictures early.
The second night was sunny, in addition to the rising super moon, unexpectedly, I could take a photo with the Big Dipper Star. I also thank the front desk service brother for being very friendly and attentive. I also took a very beautiful starry sky photo with my family."
