1.環境:賓館在草原上，門前有山有水，還有牧場可以騎馬，挺棒。
2.服務:服務員挺熱情，帶我們去看所有房間，讓我們選擇自己喜歡的房間入住。
3.衞生:房間特別乾淨整潔，有種回家的感覺，床上用品都是新的，尤其是一次性用品用的放心乾淨，而且我們人多，還多要了兩套，服務員主動給我們送到房間來。
4.設施:房間雖不是很大，衞生間也不是乾濕分離的，但該有的都有，熱水器也很給力，洗澡，洗衣服都沒問題，樓道里就可以晾曬衣服，早上就可以穿。
5.總之，這家民宿在黑馬河鎮上已經是很好的了，值得推薦過往的遊客放心入住。

位置很偏，這離鎮街1.6KM，晚上馬路上黑燈瞎火。房間很小，行李箱都沒地方放;設施差，連桌子、椅子（凳子）、電視機、紙杯都沒有，房內燈光昏暗。價格高得離譜，同等的價格在西寧市區可以住上35㎡以上非常寬敞舒適的星級酒店。

這個價格，其他的我也不怪，但是門的安全鎖鎖不進去，我特地去問前台小姐姐，答曰“我們不會進去”，
我説“我不放心，我出去住都要鎖安全鎖的，能否給我修一下”
前台小姐姐和旁邊一個阿姨答“我們這邊都沒有安全鎖的，就是沒法鎖安全鎖的”
我無語了，服氣，晚上睡覺是水果刀放枕頭下睡的。
給你個差評，注意安全的小夥伴真的要考慮下。

位置安靜寬敞，但稍微有點偏，這邊應該還在建設，如果自駕的話很推薦，不然吃飯什麼的不那麼方便，環境衞生在這個地方算合格啦，畢竟黑馬河看了一圈都是個人的民宿賓館什麼的，要求不也不能太高，作為落腳點中轉還行，遺憾的是天氣不好沒法看日出。

其他的都還好，一次性毛巾，衣架，暖氣是那種插電的也還行，房間不冷，最大的問題是衞生間有股味道，不是廁所的味道，不知道是什麼，很難聞，不過價格便宜，另外青海湖確實好看
