【設施】：前台設施我覺得還可以，看着挺氣派的，但是房間也沒什麼感覺，不如三星級，首先比較陳舊，其他衞生有待提高；
【衞生】：看下圖，房間裏面是地毯，然後看着就特別臟，我覺得這地毯這麼臟，要麼好好洗一下，好麼換了，要麼直接去掉它，不然很多細菌的；樓道和房間有一股怪味；
【環境】：也就那樣吧，如果下次我去共和住酒店的話，同樣的價位我可能要選擇別的酒店；
【服務】：我朋友沒帶身份證原件，然後有照片更本不行，必須讓你去派出所開户籍證明，人家根本不認身份證照片，説是共和這麼規定的，我想文旅局不可能會有這麼的政策文件吧，啥時代了，還要去派出所開證明，來證明你就是你，很多城市人家是很靈活的，就共和縣這麼落後的嗎？一點包容性都沒有，很古板…

我想問問這是三星酒店嘛？樓道里一股子味道，房子裏也是冷的誇張，這就算了，想着第二天有事忙，看着酒店帶早飯，結果早上下來説什麼沒早飯，為什麼不提前告知我？？這不是欺騙消費者嘛？訂兩間房子，一間大床房，第二間變成兩個小床！。，問吧枱根本問不成，半天出來説什麼咋了房子有什麼問題嗎？你説有什麼問題？一臉的不高興，我欠你八百萬了嗎？從昨晚登房子就是在那裡打視頻問不上個話。
