Like the say,imagine and it unfolds.. this is the perfect experience at Qinghai Lake Hotel. This solo trip indeed turned out so well i felt the tranquility,relaxation,presence of nature to the fullest. Couple with a 5star like accommodation with spacious,clean and topped with a close picturesque mountain view. On the other side of the hotel was the Qinghai lake view, one of the largest and beautiful lakes spanning miles away.Weather was good,the check in experience was smooth and friendly hotel staff complemented this stay. Certainly this goes into my list of getaway hotels in future,i am bringing my family and friends.

Good hotel in great location. They said there is no hot water at night due to a problem, however we could still take a hot shower. All in all good experience

This a new hotel, good location, great breakfast selection and quick and friendly check in at reception especially the Xiao Wang, Xiaosun and Xiao Zhang gives a helpful and detailed how to tour Qinghai.

Beautiful hotel and surrounding location, quiet and relaxing atmosphere, rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, staff was very accommodating.

Qing Hai Lake is beautiful, even when it's frozen in the winter. Room service was timely and the breakfast was fresh & healthy served with a cup of frothy warm milk. The best view was over the lake right after sunrise.

The service, management of the hotel was awesome. We welcomed by warmed reception team. They arrange nice room with lake view which makes us crazy:)
The lobby bar and the staffs are very good. The location of the hotel is also great If you have car:)
However the only part which we did not like is the management of the restaurant. We decided to have dinner at hotel’s restaurant for the 1st night but th foods are very expensive, service is very slow. Its totally different atmosphere and feeling compare with rest of the hotel complex.
But we still enjoy very much and planning to come again…

The hotel is on the mountain, overlooking Qinghai Lake, but the altitude is high, close to 3,400 meters, and tourists who have just come to Xining will have altitude sickness.
The room decoration style is simple and the facilities are relatively new, but the pillows are too soft and collapsed, two are too high, and one is too short.
The preferred sea view room is on the lowest floor, as shown in Figure 3. You can't see the sea view outside the window. There is soil and concrete in the near distance, and the distance is blocked by the plank road.
The most important thing is that the hotel has almost no effective measures for guests with altitude sickness. The oxygen supply in the room is broken. The oxygen tank costs 50 yuan each in the hotel (25 yuan each in the town). There is no glucose, and there are no drinks with sugar. The unmanned supermarket in the hotel is very expensive. A bottle of ordinary beverage costs more than ten yuan, and there are few categories.
The breakfast variety is relatively rich, but the taste is average.
For a hotel stay experience of nearly 800 per night, I think it is not worth it. It is recommended that travelers who have altitude sickness go to the town to buy oxygen tanks and glucose first. In Guanhu Convenience Store, oxygen tanks are 25 yuan each and glucose is 5 yuan a bottle. Otherwise, they will be like us, unable to sleep all night, dizzy and vomiting, which is too uncomfortable.

The hotel is located on a mountain near the Erlangjian Scenic Area of Qinghai Lake. The view is very wide. There are cattle and sheep grazing on the hillside. The scenery is beautiful and quiet. The facilities in the room are very good. The temperature is suitable (this is rare in Qinghai!). The service staff is very enthusiastic. As the terminal station of this Qinghai-Gansu semi-circular line, it is a perfect ending. I will choose to stay in this hotel next time I come to Qinghai Lake.
A few small suggestions:
1. It is not convenient to go around the hotel to walk from the hotel to the hillside trail in front. There is a small door near the trail, but it shows closed. The hotel should consider opening a small door here;
2. The toilet glass in the twin room is transparent, so two people cannot use the bathroom together. Consider sticking film.
