"The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The bedding quality is very good. But there were two problems: 1. The shower was constructed wrong so the water drains out into the main bathroom area, even when the shower door fully closed and towels used to try and redirect the water. So the bathroom floor always had a layer of water over most of it. 2. The breakfast might be ok for local tastes, but for a western person the coffee was bad, there was no juice of any kind, no toast or other bread, no bacon or sausage, only hard boiled eggs. We prefer having at least some western breakfast foods which would be easy to offer. Also, the was the air conditioning was set up, parts of the room would become very cold and breezy while 3 meter away it would be uncomfortably hot. Again poor design. Overall, I would only give the hotel 2 stars out of 5."
