衞生：衞生還算乾淨整潔
設施：也還不錯吧
環境：晚上比較安靜
服務：前台速度有點慢，房卡套寫的房號居然是錯的，又下樓重新弄，在縣城300多的房價性價比確實不高，除了房間大點以外，早餐基本找不到可以吃的，第二天果斷換其他酒店，整體感覺一般般吧

垃圾中的戰鬥機，噁心中的王炸者。一家消費欺詐的酒店。1、作為商務出行，你敢相信自詡宜賓鞏縣最好的酒店，一晚上空調都不熱，一早上洗澡水冰涼嗎？十一月底的鞏縣秋風蕭瑟，光着身子準備洗澡結果發現沒有熱水，整個酒店從上到下一副他們無所謂是你大驚小怪的態度，最後被逼的冷水洗頭，直接感冒。2、你敢相信出了這麼明顯的問題，酒店各種推諉，毫不作為嗎？騙我説房間有浴袍，讓我先裹着（實際房間里根本沒有）；騙我説值班經理會加我微信處理問題，結果最後我好不容易要到姓廖的這個管理者微信，我主動添加她2次，居然都不通過，請問你何德何能，酒店的標準作業程序都不遵守？（你不主動加我跟進處理就算了，我主動加你你不通過也算了，最匪夷所思的是，讓攜程作為平台方代為溝通協調此事，這位姓廖的管理者居然厚顏**説是她加我但是我沒通過，滑天下之大稽，臉都不要了）3、這家店試圖用簡單藉口就想糊弄此事，我問各位，開一家酒店，誰沒各種各樣的問題，但是誰都應該有各種各樣的方案，而不是一個勁推脱甩鍋當鴕鳥！總結：這就是一家消費欺詐的酒店，所謂的各種美好服務和體驗都是虛假宣傳！

非常差的體驗，進房沒有熱水，一個小時沒有解決問題，換房間沒有空調，免費桑拿，絕絕子的體驗！早上起床換的房間也沒有熱水。

房間還可以，服務很差，多要幾瓶水，前台説，衹能給兩瓶，多的要付費，還説，總不能一直喝礦泉水吧，全國各地，住過無數家高級酒店，衹有這一家，“不能總是喝礦泉水，”幾百元一晚的住宿，還不能多喝兩瓶礦泉水，另外，早餐太一般了，品種很少，和幾百元一晚的酒店不相配。
