Male receptionist not helpful to resolve water issues in the hotel. 1 room was bad because the water runs out black and dirty. We had to call the manager to resolve but it took us a lot of effort to resolve. We are not the emotional type but his unfriendly attitude make us angry and impatient. Sorry please train your front desk people because they are the first time we meet.
I request for twin bed, he said I did not request. Attitude problem front staff, the male staffs.

This was a lovely hotel, the staff were so accommodating. The breakfast was good and because trip.com automatically charged me for a four person booking when there was three, the hotel let me have an extra breakfast each day for take away. Highly recommended hotel.

In general we are quite satisfied with the condition of the rooms, cleanliness and food. Coincidentally we got a room on the 6th floor. The thing that needs to be improved is the WiFi connection which is quite difficult on the 6th floor, but in the lobby it is quite smooth. Apart from that, the position of the prayer room is on the basement floor which is less representative. Hopefully it can be repaired and improved in the future. Thank you (Edwar Alizar).

The hotel is strategically located, our family is happy to stay here because it is close to dr. Yap's eye hospital. There are many good and delicious restaurants around the hotel. The atmosphere around the hotel is cool because there are many big trees. The staff are friendly. Anyway, if I go to Jogja, I will stay here again. Thank you Sagan Heritage Hotel.

Love to stay here, strategic location, good breakfast, quite clean, quite complete security, drinking water has refills. In the past there were snacks in front of the stairs, now there is no longer.. Security is not very secure and not helpful. If there is a car of guests coming, especially those who bring a lot of things, at least they are offered to help.. Good afternoon sir.. Clean, spacious rooms, really worth it, strategic location, because yesterday the graduation was at GSP so it's very close, safe even if there's traffic so don't be late. The service is very friendly.
At that price, the rooms are spacious, can be extra bad too (additional price), the location is also close to everywhere
