Male receptionist not helpful to resolve water issues in the hotel. 1 room was bad because the water runs out black and dirty. We had to call the manager to resolve but it took us a lot of effort to resolve. We are not the emotional type but his unfriendly attitude make us angry and impatient. Sorry please train your front desk people because they are the first time we meet.
I request for twin bed, he said I did not request. Attitude problem front staff, the male staffs.

I had good stay as my room was well kempt, and windows were directly lighten up by the sunlight. However, in terms of amenities, i noticed that there was no iron and iron board. The refrigerator was broken as well and there was a conmecting door to the other room which i find it odd. Anyway, this experience did not affect me because of the cleanliness and hospitality of the staff. I appreciate them contacting me to ask if they can clean as was in DND mode. Overall, i will still book again in this hotel for another opportunity of business travel

Love to stay here, strategic location, good breakfast, quite clean, quite complete security, drinking water has refills. In the past there were snacks in front of the stairs, now there is no longer.. Security is not very secure and not helpful. If there is a car of guests coming, especially those who bring a lot of things, at least they are offered to help.. Good afternoon sir.. Good afternoon buk.. Thank you ... further improve the friendliness.

The hotel is strategically located, our family is happy to stay here because it is close to dr. Yap's eye hospital. There are many good and delicious restaurants around the hotel. The atmosphere around the hotel is cool because there are many big trees. The staff are friendly. Anyway, if I go to Jogja, I will stay here again. Thank you Sagan Heritage Hotel.

In general we are quite satisfied with the condition of the rooms, cleanliness and food. Coincidentally we got a room on the 6th floor. The thing that needs to be improved is the WiFi connection which is quite difficult on the 6th floor, but in the lobby it is quite smooth. Apart from that, the position of the prayer room is on the basement floor which is less representative. Hopefully it can be repaired and improved in the future. Thank you (Edwar Alizar).

Clean, spacious rooms, really worth it, strategic location, because yesterday the graduation was at GSP so it's very close, safe even if there's traffic so don't be late. The service is very friendly.
At that price, the rooms are spacious, can be extra bad too (additional price), the location is also close to everywhere
