Clean, spacious rooms, really worth it, strategic location, because yesterday the graduation was at GSP so it's very close, safe even if there's traffic so don't be late. The service is very friendly. At that price, the rooms are spacious, can be extra bad too (additional price), the location is also close to everywhere

For those who will spend their activities mostly out of the hotel, Sagan Huis is affordable and adequate for you to crash in. The room is spacious and not too shabby, although a little bit old. The shower is not hot, the bed is not as comfy as you imagined, the breakfast menu is minimum, there are mosquitos in the room, and a bit noisy in the ground floor. But hey, you get what you've paid for.

Love to stay here, strategic location, good breakfast, quite clean, quite complete security, drinking water has refills. In the past there were snacks in front of the stairs, now there is no longer.. Security is not very secure and not helpful. If there is a car of guests coming, especially those who bring a lot of things, at least they are offered to help.. Good afternoon sir.. So the hotel lobby is very nice and inviting, and the rooms are modern and extremely clean. We opted for the upgraded room which I felt for the few dollars spent, was well worth it. The breakfast is amazing, with literally hundreds of choices and a fruit stand with mangosteen and other exotic fruits. ” Full on” Western, Asian and Indonesian breakfast choices. Bed and linens were comfortable. English is not well spoken or understood by most of the staff, although we eventually found someone that could communicate with us. The only complaint I had was that, in preparation for New Year's Eve festivities, they allowed a contractor to assemble from scratch--along with the accompanied drilling/banging/sawing--a group of wooden caricatures. We sat down to have dinner in the hotel restaurant but couldn't because of the loud noises the contractor was making far across the opposite end of the lobby. When we brought this disturbance to the attendant, who apologized but said nothing to the contractor. So we ended up NOT eating in the hotel restaurant and leaving. The contractor had his electric saws on the lobby furniture, and was using other lobby chairs at a sawhorse. Comical, yet simply baffling.
